I've ridden Red Coach many times and…
I've ridden Red Coach many times and rather enjoy the luxury and efficiency of it. Unfortunately,my last experience wasn't as great. Usually, the drivers are bilingual; this time passengers had real problems understanding him and he was quite rude. It was freezing on the bus for quite a length of time and he didn't seem to care. This is the worse I've experienced in the 10 plus years I've been a passenger.

Avoid with a 10ft pole
No outlets, No water on a 9 hour bus ride, rude driver doesnt udnerstand english, no stops where I could have fetched more water in the last 4 hours of the ride, the bus is dirty and dusty, ride quality is bad but most of all extremely rude customer service (if you can ever reach them). Worst bus experience of my life, wont ever take them again.

Bus advertisement makes it seem you are going be in business class with comfortable seats and plenty of room. Seats are old, dirty, barely work and absolutely no room with armrest. NO CUPHOLDERS. Your drink will fly around the bus.

I have been taking Redcoach bus from Dallas to Houston and vice versa.
I have been taking Redcoach bus from Dallas to Houston on a weekly basis. I normally leave on a Sunday and return on a Wednesday. In those six months the bus has only been late, and by a few minutes only, one time. The drivers are courteous and I feel safe when on the bus.
I wish that Redcoach would bring service back to Richardson/UT Dallas. This would really benefit the UT Dallas community as there are many students with family in Houston.

The express buss from Orlando to Fort Lauderdale was excellent. You need more caliber of buses with that space. Your regular bus is toooooooo cramped and uncomfortable.

First time traveling with RedCoach
First time traveling with RedCoach. First leg of the trip started 45 minutes late and so I wasn't so happy to reach my destination almost an hour late but I do know things happen and so does traffic. On my return trip, The bus driver was rude and seemed rushed even though he was really early. The bus itself is clean, the seats are very comfy and it's not crowded at all. Bathroom on board the bus was also very clean.

I had multiple bad experiences on my…
I had multiple bad experiences on my trip from Houston to Austin.
First, my 10:30 AM bus was shown as being late. 10, 15 then 20 minutes. Then the tracking said it could not find the trip. Come to find the bus did show up but was white, unmarked and one block away from the stop.
I then got rebooked to the later 4:30 bus. Since my electronics were nearly dead from waiting for 6 additional hours I tried to get on the bus to charge my devices and get out of the wind. The driver was sitting down but wouldn't let my in, just shouting back "it's not time". I am standing in the cold with a dead laptop watching the driver through the window just watching someone on his phone...

This week the bus was delayed by good 35/40 mins. It gets harder to wait in a parking lot when weather is not favorable.
Luckily, driver still made it to the destination just before the original scheduled time - this was really awesome.

Poor customer service Although my trip to Houston went well
Although my trip to Houston went well. I find it ridiculous that my first bus left 10 minutes early and I had to pay to reschedule but my next bus arrived 1 hour late and I was offered nothing. Each time I asked to speak with a supervisor I continued to excuses and never received a call back

Great service, could improve routes
Bus and customer service is really great. However, with the removal of Richardson stop, the drive to Frisco has become very long. Also, if possible, add a North Austin stop. The UT Austin stop and Austin stop are close by, but anyone traveling from North Austin have to cover a much longer distance to reach UT.

Red Coach saved me!
My flight was cancelled out of Tampa and I wasn't going to be able to get out for days, so I quickly jumped on the Red Coach site and bought a ticket to Fort Lauderdale. I was skeptical at first because most bus companies I've used in the past have been...well...you know...not good. But when Red Coach arrived, it was a new bus, spacious, comfortable and with good wifi. The driver was extremely courteous as well and was also a good driver. It was definitely the most comfortable long bus trip I have ever taken. I definitely recommend Red Coach! Thank you for saving me from a possible travel nightmare.

Pros and Cons
Pros:
- Easy to book online
-Affordable tickets
Cons:
-The pickup location changed from Plano to Frisco
-Bus was outdated, seats were worn, mechanical issue and bathroom need servicing at our 2nd stop which delayed us 1.5 hrs
-On my return trip, departure location changed again due to marathon that was taking place on that day (2/15) in Austin. Although I was notified of location change via text, I wasn't notified that there was a time change from 4:10 to 3:45. I showed up at 4:00pm and the bus was pulling away. I had to chase the bus down. There was another woman behind me who almost missed the bus too.
Areas of improvement: location and time change need to be listed on all communication. Update buses.
