The driver was amazing
The driver was amazing. He helped me the day before when there was a bus mix up and the driver did not do the tracking properly and I missed the bus. So happy he was my driver for the new reservation

You need improvement
I don’t like the fact that you often that you frequently change times and buses at the last minute. I have bought tickets for first class. You changed me to economy and I never get reimbursed. I don’t like the fact that you used to have first class and now it only runs late at night or very early in the morning same goal for business class. Your economy class is very uncomfortable. There’s no legroom and I’m only 5 foot two so I can imagine what anybody else thinks it’s taller

Terrifying way to start a trip
I checked out bus stop location a day early at the 7 Eleven in Fort Myers and was told bus would be at the diesel pumps on back side of building. When it was late I stood by back door and saw it pulling away. I think it was parked at end of building where I could not see it. I am 77 years old and I ran out to the bus pulling my suitcase, as the bus turned onto the frontage road. Luckily I was able to flag it down. The driver was not pleasant to me and appeared to not speak English well. It was a heart-pounding experience.

Good divers
For me, it's convenient to use the service. Not all the buses are in perfect condition, but the drivers are very professional. And please fix the Orlando station; it's a disaster.

Comfortable but late arrival
Bus was comfortable and driver did well. The bus was 25 mins late arriving in Austin. The scheduled departure was at 4:30pm (during rush hour) the bus should have accounted for the delay in arrival.
Wifi worked well, seats comfortable.

The address of pick up point didnt match the address where they stopped. They defintely were very close, but i was travelling wiht a patient and i couldnt walk to the location they metioned.

Got stuck on a bus for 19 hours with no food, water, air conditioning, and a broken toilet. They were not accommodating at all and not helpful either. Management needs fixing or replacing immediately!

My very first experience with redcoach and the bus was switched to a third party bus which was horrible. My return tickets were switched from business to economy and Haven’t received my compensation voucher yet and it already 2 weeks past.
