Best Drivers…. Need better customer service

Red Coach have the best drivers in the business. Haven’t met one yet who I didn’t like👌🏾
My only statement of dissatisfaction is that customer service is very slow to respond to texts/emails. Usually, there’s no response at all. Communication is key to excellent 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️customer service‼️
Every text, email, phone call or”snail mail “ letter deserves a response.

On my way to Dallas we had a stop for a…

On my way to Dallas we had a stop for a new driver new bromholes it took 45 minutes, the other driver said he was here and left us it took other 10 minutes until he got on the bus, so we got in to Dallas around 7:45 instead of 6:45 .I understand things happen but leaving us by ourselves, that was not right. On the way back to San Antonio it's was great I enjoyed it .

Bus is clean and neat

Bus is clean and neat, prompt communication. Drivers are very kind and communicate changes/details during the transit as well (my driver informed that there is so much construction work going on in Houston downtown and reminded us to check pickup/drop points before every journey).

Disappointing that when making…

Disappointing that when making reservation, only First Class was offered at the higher price ofcourse. But turns out the bus was pretty empty. And after seeing the price and check out, there was the surprise booking fee of $16. Wow...you charge us to book on your own site? Bus ride was good, but the booking experience certainly felt very shady.

We'd love to clarify something — when booking a first-class service, every seat is first-class which is reflected in the pricing. There are no standard or economy seats within a first-class bus, so what you saw at checkout was simply the full experience we offer all of our passengers.

As for the booking fee, we understand it can feel unexpected and appreciate the feedback. It is disclosed during the checkout process, and we're always looking for ways to make that clearer upfront.

We hope knowing that gives the experience a little more context, and we'd love to welcome you back for an even smoother trip next time.

Trip Delay

On my outbound trip, the bus was very late arriving at our departure point. No communication from the company as to the reason for the delay. Someone finally called and got information that there was a mechanical problem. I am elderly with foot neuropathy and back problems. I place to SIT while waiting would have been a tremendous help.

Drivers are courteous and helpful, but:

Drivers are courteous and helpful.
As a new passenger, I was given bad information about pickup location, even when I called RedCoach for help. I was watching for the bus between the Timewise Store and Shell. The person on the phone told me the same location, and followed up with a text message confirming that location. It turned out that the bus was already parked to the west of both in the parking lot between Timewise and the Starbucks Store. I almost missed the bus, and I delayed the departure.
I had to look for the bus. If the bus had been where I was told it was, or if the operator had checked to tell me where it actually was. . .
Red Coach should see this as an opportunity to improve its processes.

We have been using RedCoach for almost…

We have been using RedCoach for almost 2 years and it has been such a lifesaver for my college student. The couple of times we have had scheduling issues customer service was able to help. We use the service at least twice a month, I do believe the timing of the buses has improved from when we first started using the service. No complaints

Ride was not good

Ride was not good I was bouncing up and down the entire trip. The tires or suspension on the bus was uncomfortable and unacceptable.

Business was clean and well maintained

Business was clean and well maintained, driver was professional, contracting other companies sometimes buses not as comfortable, bus I rode on yesterday was what I remembered from the company when it first started.

RedCoach Rocks!

RedCoach was easy to book and as a first time user, easy to navigate when, where and how. RC sent texts with real time tracking (no app needed). Bus was comfortable, driver good and price reasonable.
