reDollar Reviews

This is honestly one of the best businesses, of any kind, I’ve ever dealt with. They were so patient with me and paid me almost exactly what the calculator estimated. I couldn’t be happier. These folks are honest and kind and awesome. I’ll never use any other company to sell silver and I’d recommend reDoller to anyone.

I had two scrap 14k white gold rings and one scrap 10k yellow gold ring that I wanted to turn into some quick cash. Local jewelers offered me around $1,300 for all three which wasn’t acceptable to me. I found reDollar via an internet search and based on the reviews I thought I’d see what they would offer. Their offer of $2400 and change was far more than what I could get locally. The shipping process to get the rings to them was simple, insured, and secure. Their lab reports confirmed the value of the rings and I was paid the full amount the same day. Overall it was a very simple and fair process. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience with Redollar.com
A few weeks earlier, I made the mistake of taking some gold to a local buyer. This experience was stressful and frustrating since I had to haggle just to get 70% of the spot price, and walking out past the owner’s Lamborghini only added to my regret for not doing more research. Determined not to repeat that mistake, I looked into online options and found Redollar. Like many people, I was skeptical about mailing off valuable gold to a company I hadn’t dealt with before, but after reading the reviews, I decided to give them a try and sent about $4,000 worth of gold. I’m so glad I did. Redollar was true to their word every step of the way. The process was easy, communication was clear, and most importantly, they paid 90% of the current gold spot price the same day they got the box, exactly as promised. That kind of transparency and fairness is incredibly rare in this industry.
They’ve definitely earned my trust and my future business. If you’re on the fence like I was, don’t hesitate. Redollar is the real deal.

Discovered this company via a Google search. Did my research, was satisfied with what I learned. Made my inquiry via their website and immediately received confirmation response. I was comfortable proceeding so I followed their simple directions, packaged my order, and shipped my parcel via USPS (prepaid by reDollar).
Was communicated with each step of their process, I was pleased with their offer, confirmed via email. Funds were deposited directly in to my account. The entire process began on a Friday morning - funds were in my account by 10AM the following Tuesday...transparent, professional, and fair. I could not have had a better transaction. Thank you to all involved - highly recommended!

Redollar pays more for gold and silver then any pawn shop ever will. After using this site multiple times now i am sure they are a ligitimate company. They are very communicative and will promptly answer your questions.

I was a little skeptical at first and was very pleasantly surprised by the service they provided. The online calculator was very helpful in providing an estimated value of my items. They are very trustworthy and I even got more money than I calculated. The free shipping label and speed of an offer and payment process was very quick. I have sent in items quite a few times already and have never been disappointed. Thanks

FOR ALL TO READ... DON'T THINK TWICE... JUST GO WITH REDOLLAR! (My thank you response to my second transaction with reDollar)
Thank you, so very much, Melissa (and all staff relating to my wonderful transaction experience)! This opportunity came at the most perfect timing for me and I am overwhelmed with such amazing, unbelievably prompt, courteous, professional and considerate service... FOR THE SECOND TIME!! I will search for all public viewing review sites to place my 5 star rating, for once again, THE SECOND TIME! Gosh, I wish your company had a branch near me, because surely, this appears to be a 5-star company structured by very appreciated employees!
Please, give my gratitude to Corporate Officers as well, for taking such pride in this outstanding company! Best to all!
I mailed my items on 4/19/25 and received my direct deposit payment on 4/25/25, in just 6 days!!!... (AND Easter Sunday and Monday were within those 6 days)!!! Honestly, I was surely hesitant prior to the first transaction and was blown away by the result!

I have used Redollar twice and both times went very well. They reviewed my items within a day of receiving them. I was paid through Zelle and the money was in my bank account immediately. I was a bit skeptical first. I am happy that I tried them out.

I was very hesitant about selling my ring online however after reading positive reviews, I decided to move forward through the process. It turned out to be simple and much more profitable than selling to a local jeweler or pawnshop. The staff at reDollar provided excellent communication throughout the process. After we agreed on the price, there were several ways provided to forward me the money. I have already told others interested in selling their gold jewelry that they should use reDollar.

Too good to be true? Too simple to function? Too eager for your business to take seriously? I thought that and more thinking this had to be a scam. But I needed to sell off some old US dollar silver coins and redollar kept coming up. I kept thinking it was too good to be true — they provide a prepaid mailing slip or a free shipping kit (if your valuables are worth more than $250). But I figured “they’re just coins. If it ends up being a scam then no real harm done.” After filling out my info on their website, I got an immediate email requesting an image of the items I wanted to sell. I took pictures and sent them off. I was given a tentative overview quote on what I should expect to be paid. I felt comfortable moving forward with my sale so I requested the shipping slip. Sent it off the next day. Got an email when it was received and another email after their lab inspected my items (they even detail their weight and methods used to authenticate them). Then I was given my exact quote and given the option to move forward to payment if I satisfied with the price or deny, in which case they would return my items no questions asked. I was happy with the quote so I moved forward. They have many payment options like Zelle or PayPal, but I despides for ACH direct deposit. I received my payment the next business day, bright and early. Now that I know they’re legit, I will be using them again for my gold items — I’m hoping they’ll give me more than my local pawn shop.

This company was incredibly efficient and gave a great return as promised with 95% of spot price. The mailing label was easy to use, and their staff was incredibly accommodating and answering my questions. 100 percent recommed! Thanks!

Could not be more pleased. Easy to understand directions, free shipping and quick payment. Made disposing of a few pieces of broken jewelry painless. And they paid a good 10% more than I could get locally.

This place is the best company to sell your valuables. Fast payments. Easy process and great communication!

Very easy transaction fair payoff fast payment good customer service

Paid me 91% of melt value for my scrap 14k gold watch. Provided shipping label, paid for shipping and paid me all within one week! I highly recommend this company.

Very easy process and paid very well. Would definitely recommend!

Although I was a bit hesitant selling gold online, they are well worth it. Having gone to local shops, etc. NO need to do that, their price was superior and infact what I thought was the weight per my scale was actually a bit heavier then I stated and they noted that and paid for that, bid for spot was for 7 days. I received my funds the day they received my package, today, took 2 days shipping. Quick, professional, answered my questions and would STRONGLY and HIGHLY recommend them plus free insured shipping. Only get one shot to sell your asset, pick them.

1. Excellent customer service (Kudos to Mellisa)
2. I scoured the internet and couldn't find any co. paying more for gold/silver.
3. Easy, secure and transparent process for shipping and calculating your payout. This company actually tells you the value of your items before you ship them.
4. Fantastic website, informative and easy to navigate.
5. Super-fast payment and if you're not happy with their offer you can get your stuff returned free of charge.

I used them twice. For gold they provide a fair price, but not for diamonds.

I have used reDollar several times. They have taken the anxiety out of selling. They provided detailed written analysis and accounting of all my submitted items. They answered all my questions to my satisfaction, making me comfortable that I was getting an honest and fair price for all my items.
