reDollar Reviews

I was really nervous about trusting an online company for this purpose - however, reDollar came through with flying colors!! They were transparent, up front, and very good at communication. Their customer service was superb as well. They sent me a shipping box for my items and insured them, notified me when they were received, and gave me an offer for my items immediately. I accepted the offer and they gave me a choice of how to receive payment (I chose Zelle). I had my money in minutes!! There were two items they were not interested in and they are returning them to me (insured) with no hassle. This company was amazing. I definitely would use them again in the future.

reDollar was exceptional in communication and in payment. They answered all of my questions promptly and professionally. And they paid me over $360 for my class ring. That was more than the comparable offers I received. Quick, smooth, easy transaction!

ReDollar provided an easy selling experience for me. I was able to get an estimate of what they might offer me prior to sending my ring to them. Ordering a kit online through their website was simple. After receiving the ring I sent them, they took time to evaluate it, not just throw a lowball offer my way like another site had.

I received a fair offer that was almost 4 times more than another site. I was surprised that the offer I received was really close to the estimated offer I got through their website. You can trust ReDollar, which I can’t say about some other sites out there.

They were in constant communication with me, they were pleasant to communicate with, and they were highly professional. I highly recommended them based on this experience. I’ll definitely use ReDollar again for my future needs.

I called local Florida jewelers about their prices to purchase my three-plus ounce, 14K, gold bracelet. I figured 14K is 58% of 24K which was around $1,800 per ounce and therefore the gold value of the bracelet before smelting, S&H, and profit was roughly 3 ounces x $1,800/oz x .58 or $3,132 plus pending certified scale weight. Local jewelry store quoted me $600 to $800 per ounce or $1800 - $2,400 for the bracelet. That felt kind of light to me, so I did some research on the web and found reDollar.com. I liked their reviews and return policy if not satisfied with their quote.

Sent them some pictures of the bracelet and was impressed with their quote of $2,842 based on the pictures and my rough weight from a postage meter which is not Troy ounces. Gold is weighed in Troy ounces.

They sent me a UPS insured mailer, I boxed it up, and took it to the local wrap and ship place. When they received it two days later, they sent me a final quote based on the actual weight for $3,086. I was quite impressed and accepted the offer and their check.

I think you would be hard pressed to find a local jeweler that could match the price, communication, and service.

I had never used an online company to sell my gold, and was VERY leary to do so. After checking numerous websites I decided this was a solid place to do business.

Let me tell you...I've NEVER dealt with a company that communicates so quickly with every step of the process.

Plus they offer so many ways to get paid. The whole process took about a week...from requesting the FREE mailing kit until I got the check.

Everything had tracking numbers going both ways. I'm THOROUGHLY impressed!

I was all set to go to a local pawn shop and sell my gold jewelry. But, I had to do my research first. During my extensive research, I found a link to reDollar...Best link ever! After reading everything on their website and Trustpilot reviews I requested their kit. From start to ending, they kept all the lines of communication open. They offer MORE for my gold jewelry than I asked for AND I would have never had gotten more from the pawn shop. Every step-by-step right through receiving the check was professionally handled. I will tell everyone who is looking to sell precious metals, coins to go to reDollar! They are truly trustworthy!

The process was simple and help was available if it was needed. The service was surprisingly fast and their assessment was excellent.

Don’t go anywhere else to sell your Gold!! Stay away from jewelers and pawn shops. Go to Redollar!! I was skeptical at first but they sent me the shipping kit for free I measured my gold they also confirmed it they did a laboratory test to confirm gold that didn’t have a stamp on it because it was missing a bail. They gave me $400 to $500 more for my gold than a jeweler and $300 to $400 more than a pawnshop. Process was so simple and so easy. They wrote me a check on Sunday and I had it on Tuesday. I sold some old 10 karat gold I wasn’t using anymore, and few 14k charms and got $1,358.00 I will only use them in the Future!!

ReDollar was a great experience and very easy to use. I was able to print out a free label the same day I contacted them. When they received my jewelry they tested it and I received my money all on the same day. I was able to get $112 from a gold class ring, silver necklace and a silver bracelet. Using their calculator I received what was expected. I would definitely recommend using them.

I did some research and decided to give redollar a try. They are a top notch company. Excellent customer service. The turn around time is awesome. They really do pay more than the competition. I would highly recommend doing business with this company. I will continue to do business with them.

Great company when I first dealt with them two years ago. I sent in 70 grams of 50-60 year old dental gold and within 5 days from my initial contact I received payment in my bank account. I've dealt with them 4-5 times since then and Its almost like dealing with a different company. I sent in a small rder last month that included a gold button and various scrap gold pieces and it took 9 days and the current transaction is at day ten.
It's almost as if they no longer want to deal with small time transactions. Unless they do something very redeeming with my current order I will no longer be using their services.

Top notch service every time! I’ve been going through Redollar for a few years now and never a hiccup. I’ve never found a buyer that would pay premium for good jewelry. I’ve never stepped foot in a pawn shop that paid half of what items are worth. Thank You!

Great customer service for my 5gram gold pieces. Paid the same day they received them. 4@ 1,115.60.

I’m using this trustworthy company again!

Redollar has always been the best place to sell my silver and gold. No one has even come close to the amounts that they pay. I just sold approximately 300 grams of silver to them, and they paid me $155.00 for it. A local pawn shop only offered me $80.00. I will not sell my gold and silver to anyone else but redollar. They send your money super fast! You can trust them. And after they send you an offer for your valuables, you don't have to sell them. If you want, they will return them to you. No questions asked. Believe me, you will not be disappointed.

My wife loves your jewelry, thank you for being there, now I know what gifts I need to give.

I was skeptical at 1st but I read reviews here so decided to give their company a try. They have great communication and fast shipping as well. Once I seen how professional their shipping kit was I trusted them a lot more. Their offers are fair and they pay you the same day your items arrive, and you accept their offer. Great overall service I definitely recommend 👍

So easy and really helpful. They showed photo of the gold filled item and offered to return. I thought all was 10k but I had small 14k item and they showed me pix. Check arrived with tracking. They provide, $500 insurance but I had more so they increased. NO HASSLE

I recommended to several people. C

In a matter of approximately 4 days timespan i was able to get a quote for my class ring, get a free shipping lable and receive 203.00 dollars via my Zelle acct within a few hours of accepting the offer i got from them. I highly recommend Re-Dollar as a trustworthy and honest site for those who need that kind of service.
Thank you for staying in touch and making the process stress free. I will be using your site exclusively from now on.
