Property at Upton

We came and look at some of the properties at regency living at Upton. We needed a property for our mum everyone is so friendly at the site and when we had problems with anything we spoke to aiden carter and he sorted it out very quickly and kept us up to date with everything and we did a part exchange on mum's place and we go for a walk on the site most days and everybody kept speaking to us and i think my mum will be very happy on this site thank you so much for everything

Regency Heights park home Poole, Dorset

We've e just moved to Regency Heights residential park home, the site manager Aiden has been great! Always helpful, attentive, friendly and caring. He has made the move so much easier than it might have been, because he listened to our needs. My husband has MND and struggles with his mobility, but Aiden has been kind and patiently waiting for him to mobilize. He's acted promptly when needed, and sorted out the little problems like arranging to have the water meter moved to accommodate the ramp needed for access to the decking for the wheelchair. I would highly recommend this site, and having such a lovely man managing it makes all the difference in the world.

May I take this chance to thank Aiden for how Professional,Polite,friendly he has been
He was very understanding about our requirements
he is very knowledgeable having spent a lot of time with him we feel we have become friends thank you Aiden for going the extra mile we love our new home

May I also take the chance to the Robin the Site manager for all the help he afforded us he to is a a wonderful person and is knowledgeable

TO THE MANAGERMENT OF Regency living you have two excellent members of staff AIDEN AND ROBIN at Regency heights how ever having not met all the other staff we are sure they are excellent at their duties aswell
