Paid Register Karo for the full Private Limited Company Compliance package for FY 25–26. Despite receiving the full payment, they failed to complete essential ROC filings,missing the prescribed October statutory deadline.

My repeated follow-ups via calls, emails, and tickets have been completely ignored. Their negligence is exposing my company to daily late filing penalties from the MCA and legal non-compliance. Highly unprofessional service and zero accountability once payment is collected. Be extremely cautious if relying on them for critical corporate compliances.

My experience with RegisterKaro has been extremely disappointing. I purchased their 2024 and 2025 Annual Compliance and Professional Tax (PT) services, expecting professional service, timely communication and proper handling of my company's statutory compliance.

Unfortunately, the customer service has been terrible.

I requested the following important company documents because I wanted to change my company's auditor:

1. Balance Sheet
2. Profit & Loss Account
3. Financial Statement Schedules
4. Previous years' ROC filings and annual returns
5. MGT-7 / MGT-7A forms and filing documents
6. NOC from the previous auditor

Despite repeatedly following up, I was not receiving the required documents.

On 29 October, I contacted their team multiple times. I have call records showing repeated unanswered calls to their Financial and Legal Advisory department and PT Filing department.

I also contacted their representative, Saurav from RegisterKaro founder's office, through call and WhatsApp on Oct 30th 2026. He assured me that all the documents would be provided by Monday 2nd November. When I specifically requested at least the Balance Sheet and P&L account urgently for ITR-6 filing, I was told that the requirements had already been forwarded to the auditor and that the auditor needed time until Monday to download and share the documents again.

I cooperated and waited, trusting their assurance. However, getting even basic communication and the documents required for my own company has been a frustrating experience. Now he's not responding and neither anyone from Register karo is replying or responding

I actually needed my company's financial statements and statutory records, I had to repeatedly chase their team.

If a customer wants to change their auditor, providing previous financial statements, ROC filing records and necessary handover documents should not become such a struggle.

I am sharing my experience so other business owners can be careful before purchasing their services.

Also, I would advise people not to rely solely on positive online reviews. I cannot verify the authenticity of other reviews, but my personal experience has been completely different.

I personally do not recommend RegisterKaro. Think twice before trusting them with your company's compliance, accounting and statutory documentation.

A company should be judged not just by how it sells its services, but by how it supports customers after receiving payment.

RegisterKaro's agent calls when there's more money to collect, but doesn't reply when I ask for updates on work I've already paid for. Repeated pressure to buy extra services I didn't need at this stage, but no proper follow-through on paid work. Very poor experience.

I had a very disappointing experience with RegisterKaro for compliance-related services. Their communication and follow-up are extremely poor. Even after making repeated attempts to contact the team, I have not received the response or assistance I expected. Compliance services are important and time-sensitive, so customers need a reliable team that takes responsibility. Unfortunately, my experience has been the opposite. I cannot recommend them based on my experience.

After the payment was made Humza has gone on sick leave and it's been a month and even after telling Pranjal to have Humza call back, he hasn't called back and it's a month now

Other teams who work on the app behave as I am working for them

As if customer is working for them

Shamelessly they hide behind the app

There lunch hours are fixed but response time or TAT is not fixed

For every single activity you have to remind them and remind again, they behave as they are sitting in some ivory tower and we are there servants

My dsc courier request is a week old and I am told not after a week that someone is unwell at there end, like Humza was unwell

It's standard answer that someone is unwell

Every single interaction for every single work requires reminders

Teams behind the app like Shubangi and Garvit tell us to upload all documents from outside, they can't even coordinate within there own teams

Zero responsibility of calling back the customer, Garvit sits in his ivory tower and never returns the calls and then there is Jai who also sits in his ivory tower and never calls back

It's like customers job to pay for service and then figure out how to get the job done

People hide behind the app

I am told Gurgaon is very far from Bangalore and it takes longer, dcs is crawling via road from gurgaon which is in south pole as per registerkaro team to bangalore which may be registerkaro team thinks is in northpole. It's far it seems :)

There should be an api integration from Google reviews to there app, they suddenly see the reviews in minutes from being posted but don't see the requests on there app. They are masters of being so unaccountable. They don't even want to know why the Google review is posted but want to know when it will be removed :)

And they actually tell me that I should be worried because I only wanted to register a company :) they just wanted to take money and shamelessly delay

They also claim that they use the app for services to maintain confidentiality but anurag singh seem to know how much have i paid for services? He calls 4 times on a Sunday to sell other services, for that he calls me 4 times but for my pending work no one calls or calls back.

Anurag singh tells me he is also my account manager but only after I take add on services?

Shame on your privacy claim, how does he know how much have i paid for my services? Where is the confidentiality

I have been associated with RegisterKaro.in since 2023 for my company's compliance and accounting services. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing.

As per my experience, my previous company's ITR filing is still pending, and the bookkeeping for the last three months has not been completed. My GST-related work, including GSTR-2B reconciliation and GSTR-3B filing for the last three months, is also pending.

Despite repeated attempts to contact the team, I have struggled to get responses to my calls. As a business owner, I depend on professional service providers to handle critical compliance responsibilities on time. Such delays and lack of communication create unnecessary stress and potential compliance risks.

I also had a disappointing experience with a staff member named Yeash. After I posted a review in August, I was asked to remove it. I made it clear that I would reconsider my review only if my pending work was addressed. However, according to my experience, my work remained unresolved despite repeated follow-ups over the following three months.

I believe customers should be able to share honest feedback based on their actual experiences without feeling pressured to remove their reviews.

**My concerns are the pending compliance work, poor communication, repeated delays, and the way my feedback was handled.** I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and improves its service quality, accountability, and customer support.

Based on my experience, I would advise other business owners to clearly document their service commitments, deadlines, and pending work before relying on this service provider for important compliance matters.

I’m sharing my experience with RegisterKaro to help other entrepreneurs make an informed decision before choosing a provider for company registration and compliance services.

On March 1, 2025, I paid ₹11,499 for Private Limited company registration. During follow-ups, I was told that their records showed a payment of only ₹1,499. I could not get a satisfactory written explanation of this difference, or the clear payment confirmation and invoice I expected. For a business owner, payment records and invoices are basic requirements. Having to repeatedly ask for them created concern from the beginning.

At the time, I expected a clear process: confirmation of payment, a list of documents required, updates on progress, and a realistic timeline for completing the registration. Instead, I found it difficult to get a dependable update about what had been done and what remained pending. I had to follow up repeatedly, and my complaints did not lead to the clear resolution I was looking for.

My concerns also extend to compliance work for my company. I experienced delays with GST registration and ITR filing. The ITR work that I expected help with is still a concern, and I have had to manage the consequences of delays myself. A government penalty was imposed, and I had to pay it. These are not minor inconveniences for a small business: compliance deadlines and accurate filings can affect a company’s finances, planning, and peace of mind.

I also tried to get help through the support channels provided. In one instance, I was added to a WhatsApp group with many participants, but I still did not receive the timely, useful response I needed. Having multiple people in a group does not help if no one takes ownership of the issue or explains the next steps. My experience was that I had to keep chasing for answers instead of receiving proactive updates.

When I escalated my concerns, I did not feel that they were handled with the urgency or professionalism I expected. One response from a representative came across to me as dismissive. As a customer, I expect staff to listen, review the records, explain what happened, and tell me how the issue will be resolved. I do not expect to be left uncertain after paying for a service.

I understand that registration and compliance work can involve documentation, review, and timelines. My concern is that customers should be kept informed throughout that process. If a document is missing, tell the customer what is needed. If a timeline changes, explain why and give an updated timeline. If there is a payment discrepancy, provide a written breakdown. If a filing is delayed, communicate the risk early enough for the customer to act.

This experience has cost me time, money, and a great deal of effort. I chose a service provider because I expected support with important business requirements. Instead, I have had to spend time raising complaints and trying to understand the status of the work. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend RegisterKaro for company registration or compliance services. I would advise business owners to carefully check the scope of work, filing deadlines, invoice process, payment records, and escalation contacts before making a decision.

RegisterKaro, please review my case and provide a clear written response addressing the payment amount, invoice and payment records, the status of my company registration and compliance work, and the delay that resulted in a penalty. I hope the company takes customer complaints seriously and improves its communication and accountability.

Yeah very fast paced and very responsive but also very good in selling a lot of their services to clients and startups. Startup India DPIIT registration needs to be faster and more responsive.

I must say, the team’s consistency is truly remarkable — unfortunately, it is consistently failing to deliver within the timelines you yourselves commit to.

We were given a clear timeline of 1–2 working days for filing Form 3 for our LLP after submission of the notarised LLP Agreement. Today marks the 5th day, and the task is still incomplete.

What makes this particularly frustrating is that this is not an isolated incident. This is the second escalation we have had to raise regarding your team’s inability to deliver as promised. The first instance was during the company incorporation process, which took almost three months. One would reasonably expect some improvement after such an experience, but it appears that meeting committed timelines remains an unresolved challenge.

At this point, the issue is no longer just about a delayed filing. It is about the repeated pattern of missed commitments, lack of timely execution, and the absence of confidence that anything will be completed within the timeline communicated by your team.

Very poor and disappointing service from RegisterKro. They have not uploaded my company’s audited and duly signed documents for AOC-4 filing for the financial year 2024–25. This is a serious issue because company compliance documents must be handled properly and uploaded correctly.

Due to this negligence, I am facing concerns regarding my company’s compliance. I am extremely dissatisfied with their service and lack of proper handling of important company documents. I would not recommend RegisterKro unless they improve their service and take responsibility for such issues.

Please resolve this matter and ensure that my company’s audited and signed documents are properly uploaded.

I initially approached your company for basic company registration services only. However, instead of providing the basic service I requested, your sales executives kept adding additional services and packages, insisting that the packages were mandatory and pressuring me to make immediate payments.

The charges and requirements were not explained transparently from the beginning. I paid a total of ₹28,000, expecting professional service and timely completion of my company registration.

My experience has been very frustrating:

I requested only basic company registration, but additional services and packages kept being added.

Your sales executives pressured me to make immediate payments and presented the additional packages as mandatory.

Before receiving payment, the sales team was very active in contacting me. After payment, when I called for updates and assistance, my calls were repeatedly unanswered.

The original work I paid for has been delayed, and I have not received the level of service promised.

This experience has seriously damaged my trust in RegisterKaro. Customers should not have to face pressure to purchase additional packages or struggle to contact the company after making payment.

We signed up for the company formation service in August 2026, and the experience has been unacceptable from start to finish.

Before payment, the team promised seamless delivery, but communication completely broke down once the fees were collected. Internally, no one seems to coordinate—different departments operate independently, blame each other for delays, and fail to address escalations. Even though the founder, Srihari Dhondalay, oversees daily operations, he consistently ignores escalated client issues.

On top of the delays, their working style is chaotic. Instead of outlining a clear process, they reach out out of the blue, make ad-hoc phone calls, and expect immediate turnarounds without context. You are left managing constant, disruptive follow-ups while the actual company formation stalls.

They are real scammers . They will start with a much cheaper price and slowly keep getting money out of you by saying this mandatory stuff was not there in last package and so on. They are really the worst people I have worked with . Never again.

1st they will sell you a cheaper plan with so many hidden charges. Then you will be added in a whatsapp group full of sales executive who will keep calling you to sell more services. While the the original work you paid for will be kept delaying and they will eventually ghost you.

Our experience with RegisterKaro has been absolutely horrible. They quoted us ₹20,000 and called us almost 100 times to convince us to take their services. Once we agreed and paid the ₹20,000, the delays started.

After countless follow ups and repeatedly chasing their team, they charged us another ₹25,000. Even after paying a total of ₹45,000, they have still not delivered the services they promised us in the beginning.

Now, the most frustrating part is that they are shamelessly asking for another ₹15,000 to complete work that we were led to believe was already covered under their original promises. The work is still getting delayed, and instead of taking responsibility for their commitments, they keep demanding more money from us.

What kind of service provider operates this way? Call customers endlessly to get them onboard, collect the money, delay the work, ignore follow ups, and then ask for more money to deliver what was promised in the first place?

This entire experience has left us feeling cheated and completely disappointed. The difference between what was promised before payment and what we have experienced after payment is shocking.

Absolute chindi chors. Based on our experience, I would strongly advise people to stay away from RegisterKaro. Do not blindly trust their sales promises. Get every single deliverable, fee and commitment in writing before making any payment.

We paid ₹45,000 and are still being asked for more money without receiving what we were promised. This is simply unacceptable. I would never recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and professional business registration services.
