I have paid 999 plus 8000 plus 4999 to the company. i am doing follow-up since last 4 month i have send message to the CEO also but they are not responding. i have provided all payment details but they are not responding. They are closing the tickets without solving the problem.

Company is fraud. They take money from you and then don’t response. I took services in month of July-26 worth of 80000 and still waiting for them to get completed after 4 months. Written multiple mails but no response. Given legal threats but no response.
My suggestion to avoid them.

Why is your sales team giving false information just to sell the subscription?

Your sales team said Zoho would connect and everything would be done automatically. I clearly told them that we would take care of our own bookkeeping, but they still forcefully pushed and sold the subscription.

Now every month, I have to manually upload everything. This is completely different from what your sales team promised before selling the subscription.

Now no one is responding. This is honestly my last year with RegisterKaro. The whole experience feels like the subscription was sold using false promises, and there is no proper support after payment.

Never, ever make the mistake of choosing RegisterKaro.

They are essentially a sales company disguised as a professional services provider. Their sales representatives give incorrect or misleading information at almost every step, and every successful payment you make is immediately followed by an attempt to sell you yet another service.

I wanted to register an LLP, and to my surprise, one of the most basic and mandatory steps of setting up an LLP, filing/notifying the LLP Agreement, was bundled into an annual compliance package. This is a one-time procedure and should have been part of the initial incorporation package in the first place.

What makes this even worse is that their initial quotation already included ₹500 as "stamp duty." Stamp duty becomes relevant when executing the LLP Agreement, so I have no idea what that initial ₹500 was supposedly charged for.

On top of that, I was incorrectly told that for a Karnataka LLP, the LLP Agreement had to be executed on ₹500 stamp paper. The actual applicable stamp duty in my case was ₹5,000. This is not some minor typo. These are people selling company-registration and compliance services while giving customers incorrect information about the very procedures they are being paid to handle.

And this is not even my first Trustpilot review about them.

After I posted my previous review, someone from RegisterKaro contacted me, promised that my case would be resolved, and asked me to delete the review. My mistake was trusting them and deleting it before the issue was actually resolved. Predictably, nothing meaningful happened afterward. It was just another round of empty promises.

Avoid them at all costs. Find a competent local CA, CS, lawyer, or incorporation consultant instead. At least with a local professional, you know who you are dealing with and can hold someone directly accountable when things go wrong.

I was so disappointed with the way RegisterKaro handled this that I eventually abandoned the company-registration process I had started through them and restarted everything from scratch with my old local contact, simply because I no longer trusted anything RegisterKaro had done.

The entire experience felt less like dealing with professional consultants and more like dealing with people whose primary objective was to keep extracting payments while taking little responsibility for the actual work.

Stay away.

I had a very disappointing experience with RegisterKaro regarding company closure services.

Initially, I was clearly informed that the entire process would be completed within one month, which was the main reason I decided to proceed and make the payment. However, after the payment was made, I was suddenly told that the process would actually take up to two years. This crucial information was never disclosed beforehand, which feels highly misleading and raises serious concerns about transparency.

Additionally:

I was not informed about the concept of a credit note before making the payment.
Even after 3 weeks, there has been no proper resolution to my request for either a refund or using the credit note for GST payments.
Communication has been extremely poor — calls go unanswered and follow-ups are ignored.

The compliance team’s behavior has been especially concerning:

Responses were vague, unhelpful, and at times rude
Individuals and were unprofessional and failed to provide clear answers
I am not even confident whether the names of individuals provided were genuine.

Most concerning of all:
After I posted this review, I received a call from their manager pressuring me to delete it, stating that my work would not be completed unless I removed the review. This is completely unacceptable and feels like harassment and coercion, especially after already collecting payment and not delivering the promised service.

I’m reaching out to you directly because my experience with RegisterKaro after making the payments has been extremely disappointing, and the lack of ownership from your teams is unacceptable.

I recently onboarded my business with RegisterKaro. The initial onboarding experience was good, although I was charged a significantly higher amount for registration compared to several other service providers. I still chose to proceed because I expected the premium pricing to be backed by better service and accountability.

Following that, I was approached for Startup India registration, which I paid for. Your team then approached me regarding compliance services, for which I again paid a substantial amount. Later, I was approached for trademark registration and agreements, which I declined.

What is extremely frustrating is the stark difference between your sales process and your actual service delivery.

Your sales team is extremely aggressive and persistent when it comes to collecting payments. I received repeated calls and follow-ups until each sale was closed. However, once the payments were completed, that urgency and responsiveness disappeared completely.

I have received no proper ownership, proactive updates, or consistent communication regarding the services I have already paid for.

The compliance experience has been particularly poor. After repeatedly following up for a call, someone from the compliance team finally contacted me and asked me to share an error screenshot over WhatsApp—only for me to discover that the number provided was not even registered on WhatsApp. This reflects a serious lack of basic coordination.

The GST and MSME registration experience has been even worse. I have repeatedly followed up with Soumaya Shadangi, but my concerns have not been properly addressed and the processes remain stuck. There appears to be no urgency or accountability despite the payments already being made.

The same applies to my Startup India registration. The payment has been completed from my end, yet I have not received a single meaningful update regarding its progress.

This is simply not acceptable.

A company cannot be extremely proactive when it comes to sales and collecting money, and then become almost unreachable when it comes to actually delivering the services that were sold. If RegisterKaro is charging customers a premium compared to competitors, then the service, communication, turnaround time, and accountability should also reflect that premium.

At this point, I am tired of continuously chasing different members of your team for services that I have already paid for. I should not have to repeatedly call, message, and escalate just to understand the status of basic registrations and compliance work.

I am reaching out to you because I expect intervention from the founder’s office now. Please have someone take complete ownership of my account, review every service I have paid for, provide me with the current status and pending requirements for each one, and ensure that the pending work is completed without further unnecessary delays.

I would also strongly suggest that you review the gap between RegisterKaro’s sales process and post-sales service. Based on my experience so far, the organisation appears far more focused on closing the next sale than ensuring that services already paid for are actually delivered properly.

I expect this matter to be taken seriously and resolved promptly.

this company is scam. they take your money and then never do anything you have paid for. i paid for compliance and bookkeeping etc and they never do it, i have to hire separate CA to get my things done. all the positive reviews are fake. they are paying to get good reviews. none of their real customers are happy. you will keep calling them or messaging them but nothing will be replied. wont recommend them to even enemies.

One of the worst service experiences I have had with a professional firm.

There are absolutely no proper SOPs or clear processes in place. Before making the payment, you will get plenty of calls, follow-ups, cross-selling and upselling. Once the payment is done, the experience completely changes. Getting anyone to respond or actually take ownership becomes a constant struggle.

The biggest issue is the way compliance-related services are communicated. Everything is presented in a way that creates unnecessary FOMO and fear — deadlines, penalties, fees, compliances, etc. You are made to feel that if you don't immediately pay for a particular service, something terrible is going to happen. Later, you often realise that the service wasn't even necessary or could have been handled differently.

The team also makes mistakes, and you have to keep chasing them to get basic things corrected or completed. There is very little proactive communication, ownership or actual business guidance. Compliance seems to be treated as a box-ticking exercise rather than something where the client is actually helped or advised.

The Seed Fund-related process was another frustrating experience. There was no clear SOP, no transparency and no proper ownership. You are basically left to figure things out yourself while repeatedly following up with the assigned person.

What is even more disappointing is that even after escalating issues or trying to reach senior people/founders, there doesn't seem to be any meaningful resolution.

The pattern is simple: before payment, they will chase you. After payment, you chase them.

For a company that is supposed to make compliance and business operations easier for founders, this experience does exactly the opposite. A lot of time, energy and money can be wasted simply trying to get basic things done.

Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend doing proper due diligence before paying for any service here and getting complete clarity in writing about what is actually required, what is optional, and what you are paying for.If you want, I can also make it more aggressive and hard-hitting, while still keeping it credible enough for a Google review.

I am extremely disappointed with the compliance services provided by RegisterKaro for Sweezen Foundation.
I paid ₹17,000 in advance to RegisterKaro for compliance services, but despite receiving the advance payment, the required work has not been completed as expected.
The RegisterKaro dashboard is showing an ADT-1 Filing as overdue, with the due date shown as 23 December 2025, and indicating that a late fee may apply. The dashboard also shows AOC-4 as being prepared by their experts.
My concerns are:
❌ ₹17,000 advance payment already made, but the required compliance work remains unresolved.
❌ ADT-1 is showing as overdue, with potential late-fee implications.
❌ Lack of clear and timely communication regarding the actual filing status.
❌ No satisfactory resolution despite the importance of statutory compliance.
❌ Lack of transparency regarding the reason for the pending filing and responsibility for any resulting late fees.
For Sweezen Foundation, statutory compliance is a serious matter. When a professional compliance service provider accepts an advance payment, the customer expects clear communication, timely execution, proper filing status updates, and accountability.

Why the filing remains pending/overdue
The services covered against my ₹17,000 advance payment

My experience with RegisterKaro has been highly unsatisfactory. I expect transparency, timely service, professional communication and accountability from a compliance service provider.

I took multiple services from RegisterKaro on 2 June, including Private Limited Company Incorporation, GST, Virtual Office, Trademark Registration, FSSAI Central License and their support package.

Before making the payment, everything was explained very professionally. However, once I made the complete payment, the experience changed completely. I had to make multiple calls every day just to get basic updates, but getting a proper response was extremely difficult.

The FSSAI experience was particularly disappointing. I was clearly told that the Central FSSAI License would be completed within 30–35 days, but even after 70 days, there was no proper resolution or meaningful support. Ultimately, I had to personally visit the FSSAI office and follow up myself.

I had to travel from Lucknow to Delhi around 5 times for follow-ups regarding my licenses and other work. The FSSAI office is around 450 km from my location, which caused significant travel expenses, time loss and frustration.

Another frustrating part was that whenever I tried to discuss an issue in detail, the response was often simply “Sir, ticket raise kar do.” It felt like raising a ticket was the only solution offered, rather than someone actually taking ownership of the problem and resolving it. Even after raising tickets, getting proper and timely communication was difficult.

Almost every service took much longer than the time initially communicated, and the overall post-payment support was extremely disappointing.

I would, however, like to sincerely thank Mrs. Amarjeet Singh from the FSSAI team, who helped me at the final stage when I was extremely परेशान. I genuinely appreciate her assistance.

Overall, I am extremely disappointed with RegisterKaro. My experience before payment was completely different from the experience after payment.

My personal recommendation: Please think carefully before choosing RegisterKaro. I personally would not use their services again.
Very poor post-payment support, delayed services and frustrating communication.
