अगर आप नए बिज़नेस ओनर हैं और कंपनी रजिस्ट्रेशन, अकाउंटिंग, ROC Compliance, ITR Filing या अन्य प्रोफेशनल सर्विसेज़ की तलाश कर रहे हैं, तो आपको कई ऐसी कंपनियाँ मिल सकती हैं जो बहुत कम फीस में कई सेवाएँ देने का वादा करती हैं। मेरे मामले में भी लगभग ₹10,000 में कई सेवाएँ उपलब्ध कराने का वादा किया गया, जबकि सामान्यतः स्थानीय CA/CS इन सेवाओं और काम की जटिलता के अनुसार इससे अधिक फीस लेते हैं।

लेकिन मेरे अनुभव में मुख्य समस्या फीस नहीं, बल्कि पेमेंट करने के बाद मिलने वाली सर्विस और कम्युनिकेशन थी। Advance Payment करने के बाद मुझे Proper Follow-up और Timely Response प्राप्त करने में काफी परेशानी हुई। कई बार संबंधित टीम से संपर्क करना मुश्किल रहा और कॉल का भी उचित Response नहीं मिला।

मेरे अनुभव के आधार पर, मैं नए बिज़नेस ओनर्स को सलाह दूँगा कि केवल कम फीस देखकर किसी ऑनलाइन सर्विस प्रोवाइडर को चुनने के बजाय किसी विश्वसनीय Local CA/CS के साथ काम करने पर भी विचार करें।

एक अच्छा Local CA/CS केवल Registration या Compliance का काम नहीं करता, बल्कि आपके बिज़नेस को समझकर आपको Tax Planning, Compliance, Fund Allocation और Fund Utilisation जैसे महत्वपूर्ण विषयों पर भी उचित सलाह दे सकता है। सबसे महत्वपूर्ण बात यह है कि जरूरत पड़ने पर आप सीधे अपने Professional से संपर्क कर सकते हैं और अपने काम के लिए जवाबदेही तय कर सकते हैं।

नए ग्राहकों के लिए मेरी सलाह बिल्कुल स्पष्ट है: सिर्फ कम फीस देखकर Professional Service Provider का चुनाव न करें। Advance Payment करने से पहले उसकी After-Sales Support, Accessibility, Accountability, Service Scope और Track Record जरूर देखें।

Professional Services में सबसे सस्ता विकल्प हमेशा सबसे अच्छा या सबसे Cost-Effective विकल्प नहीं होता। सही Guidance, Timely Communication और Accountability की कीमत केवल कम फीस से कहीं अधिक होती है।

Pathetic services given by Register Kro...They are money mongering agents....They will call you multiple times to sell services which are not even relevant for you being startup... DONT GO WITH REGISTER KRO..THEY WILL LOOT YOU

This company charged me for unnecessary services, made promises that were not fulfilled, and became extremely harsh and unprofessional after receiving payment. Their attitude changed completely once they got the money. Very disappointing and misleading experience. They put extreme pressure on customers to make payment, claiming that the deadline is “tomorrow” and that the payment must be made within 10 minutes or the discount will no longer be available. This kind of pressure feels highly deceptive and manipulative. After receiving the payment, their attitude changed completely, and they were harsh and unprofessional. Be extremely careful before making any payment and do not let anyone pressure you into paying immediately.

Staff turnout is very high with this the company performance goes to bottom. Any one wants to register have to take personal risk and 80% of the compliances are to be done by customer themselves. They charge but give zero value for money

Very disappointing experience. After payment, they stopped responding properly and asked for additional payments for unnecessary services. I lost a significant amount and was unable to get a refund. I strongly recommend finding a reputable local auditor and doing thorough research before trusting this company.

Based on my experience, I would never use RegisterKaro again and would strongly recommend that businesses think very carefully before paying them for any package.

They were extremely responsive while selling the additional compliance package and collecting payment. After payment, my experience was completely different. I repeatedly had to chase them, several services remained pending or incomplete, the company name-change application was unsuccessful, and GST registration remained at an initial/pending stage.

I eventually requested cancellation and a refund because of the lack of delivery. No refund has been issued.

I then disputed the payment with my bank. RegisterKaro represented through the chargeback process that the services had been rendered. I strongly dispute that representation. In my view, the evidence they provided did not demonstrate completion of the compliance services I had paid for. Nevertheless, the bank closed the original chargeback after receiving the merchant's response, leaving me without the refund.

What is particularly concerning to me is that there has subsequently been increased activity, calls and changes to service-request statuses, while services still appear pending. Creating tickets, changing a status to “pending”, or contacting a customer is not the same as completing and delivering the contracted service.

I trusted RegisterKaro with important company compliance work and paid substantial fees on that basis. That trust has been completely lost.

I have asked them to cancel the outstanding services and refund the money relating to services not delivered so that I can appoint another professional provider.

Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding RegisterKaro. Before paying them anything, obtain every deliverable, deadline, cancellation/refund condition and responsibility in writing.

I will update this review if RegisterKaro actually resolves the outstanding issues and provides the appropriate refund.

Since September 2025, dealing with RegisterKaro/SafeLedger has been an absolute exhausting, stressful, draining nightmare, a full year of stress, disappointment, operational paralysis, and financial loss caused entirely by their misconduct, dishonesty and blatant disregard for basic common decency, and professionalism.
They filed my company without my signature, provided no SRN or documents, ignored months of communication, and repeatedly tried to upsell me while the basic incorporation was never completed. They recently sent yet another WhatsApp message about an ‘incomplete INC‑20A’ only to confirm their negligence and failure to comly with even the most basic statutory requirements.
The full timeline from September 2025 to August 2026 is documented, and those responsible will be held accountable.

This firm is the most dangerous firm someone can have for compliances. They give you mental trauma like anything. I have opted for annual compliances. They literally torture you with calls until you make the payment for their services. The just want to loot people with little or no idea about compliances. I have been asking them about auditor appointment since 3 months they have no answer. And forget about your dsc's they wont even consider talking about it even if you ask them. And when you call someone about anything they will simply say its not my department and hang up the phone. I have paid for the annual compliances, now they didnot do the filing of my annual returns and are asking to do the payment again even when they didnot deliver the service. Dont choose them if you want mental peace. Associating with them causes endless trauma in your business and for your pockets as well.

Absolutely disgraceful experience.

Calling this organisation incompetent would be an understatement. “Worst organisation in human history” almost sounds like a compliment at this point.

It took 1 MONTH AND 10 DAYS just to complete incorporation. One month and ten days. For something that should be a straightforward administrative process.

And then came GST registration — 7 steps in total, and they managed to take ANOTHER MONTH just to get through Step 1. Yes, you read that correctly: ONE MONTH FOR STEP 1 OUT OF 7.

The most infuriating part? When you refuse to participate in the completely unacceptable culture of paying bribes to get things moving(which they make to be there extra charge), apparently your application can simply be left to rot.

We followed the process. We provided what was required. We waited patiently. And what did we get in return? Delays, frustration, wasted time, and absolutely no sense of urgency or accountability.

This isn't just poor service. This is a spectacular demonstration of how to make a simple process unnecessarily painful.

Based on my experience, delays, frustration, and work to move at a snail's pace are all you can get if you refuse to pay anything unofficial.

One month and ten days for incorporation. Another month for Step 1 of GST.

At this point, I genuinely don't know whether they're processing applications or sending them by pigeon.

Completely unacceptable. Completely frustrating. And an experience I would not recommend to anyone who values their time, money, or sanity.

Registerkaro is a fraud company. They told me we will take care about your company and we will provide all services. Once I paid money, they ran away. People who are working in the company are also useless and rude.

My experience with RegisterKaro has been extremely disappointing.

We engaged RegisterKaro for corporate branding and social media services with the expectation of receiving professional guidance, creative strategy, and independent execution. Unfortunately, the engagement did not meet our expectations. Despite multiple review meetings and a change in their team, the quality of delivery did not improve, and our internal team continued to spend significant time providing content, ideas, and direction.

Based on these ongoing concerns, we discontinued the services in the first week of April and requested closure along with a refund of the pending amount.

Since then, despite numerous emails and follow-ups, there has been an unacceptable delay in resolving the matter. Even after the issue was transferred to their Customer Support team on 26th June, we have not received any meaningful update or closure.

As a customer, I expected transparent communication, timely resolution, and professional handling of concerns. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience.

I sincerely hope RegisterKaro reviews its customer support and grievance handling process and resolves pending customer matters in a timely and professional manner.

I received very poor service. They stay in touch until you pay, but once they have the money, they neither communicate nor refund it. All they want is the money, and they forget about us after receiving it.

Staff are good and support executive also buy upper management should have a look on overall process..
