After dealing with their team, I realized learning compliance and doing it on my own was much simpler and effective. RegisterKaro made me a better professional, and that's what the one star is for.

I made the payment for the trademark registration service on **10 July**. Today is **19 July**, and even after **9 days**, my application is still pending without any meaningful update.

Before I made the payment, the sales representative, **Mr. Gaurav**, called me repeatedly, urging me to complete the payment as soon as possible. However, once the payment was made, his responsiveness completely disappeared. He has neither responded properly nor provided any assistance.

The representative assigned to my case, **Mr. Nikesh Kumar**, has also been extremely disappointing. Despite several calls and messages requesting an update, I have received no proper response. Instead of providing clear information, he has only continued to delay the process.
I am highly dissatisfied with the service and communication. This has been a frustrating experience, and choosing this company for my trademark registration appears to have been a mistake.

I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for trademark registration services. If you value timely service, transparent communication, and professional customer support, consider choosing another provider.

A Full Year Wasted: RegisterKaro / SafeLedger Did Not Deliver What I Paid For

This is the final documented update on my experience with RegisterKaro / SafeLedger.
Everything below is supported by screenshots, timestamps, emails, WhatsApp messages, and MCA records.

This review follows Part 1 (early March 2026) and Part 2 (30 March 2026).

I have paid close to £1,000 GBP to RegisterKaro/SafeLedger — plus additional costs to other professionals because their work was not delivered.

The most important fact:
It will be one full year in September, and my company has still not begun operations.
In less than two months, I will need to redo almost everything again.
In theory and in practice, this entire year has been a complete waste of time and energy.

1. A Year of Delays, Contradictions, lies and Non‑Delivery

DSC Was Not Delivered by RegisterKaro
Despite months of contradictory statements (“DSC done”, “DSC expired”, “DSC used for SPICe+”), the truth is simple:

I had to complete the DSC with another company.
RegisterKaro did not deliver it, but they incorporated the company without it

Incorporation Filed Using Unapproved Documents
Although the company is registered on MCA, RegisterKaro:

used a registered office address I never approved

ignored the corrected lease agreement I provided

never explained what documents were actually filed

never provided the signed incorporation bundle

never delivered the DSC token

never delivered the statutory documents they claimed to have filed

WhatsApp Documents Were Incomplete
They sent some documents via WhatsApp, but:

none were complete

none were the official incorporation bundle

none were the promised virtual office documents, but eventually received a document last month after more than several calls were made, and the lease will be over next month

none were the statutory filings

none were the compliance documents

I still do not have the full set of documents required to operate my company.

2. Paid Services Never Delivered (Close to £1,000 GBP + Extra Costs)
Across incorporation, compliance, and upsold services, I paid close to £1,000 GBP.

RegisterKaro promised:

NOC

utility bill

DSC handling

post‑incorporation compliance

bank account assistance

GST/MSME support

document management

advisory and ongoing support

None of these services were delivered.

Because of this, I had to pay additional professionals to complete:

DSC

document corrections

compliance checks

verification of filings

MCA‑related clarifications

These extra costs were directly caused by RegisterKaro’s non‑delivery.

3. Upselling While Basic Services Were Undone
Even while:

DSC was not completed

incorporation documents were missing

unnaproved virtual office was delivered last month

compliance work was not done

RegisterKaro attempted to upsell me £500+ in additional services.

No justification was ever provided.

4. Refund‑for‑Review Coercion (10 June 2026)

After posting my earlier Trustpilot reviews, a RegisterKaro/SafeLedger representative contacted me privately on 10 June 2026 and offered a 33,000 INR refund only if I removed my reviews.

This was not a goodwill refund.
It was conditional.

The exact condition stated was:

“We will process the refund once you take down the review.”

This is a clear attempt to suppress negative feedback and violates many aspects of business conduct and etiquette

I did not entertain this.
No refund was ever processed.

5. No Responses Since Mid‑February 2026
After asking for:

refunds

explanations

a timeline

RegisterKaro went silent.

No responses.
No documents.
No refund.
No accountability.

This is now almost a full year of unresolved issues, and nearly 18 months since this journey began.

6. MCA Escalation
Due to the severity of the contradictions and non‑delivery, I escalated the matter to:

7. Summary
This is not a “bad experience.”
This is a year‑long operational obstruction involving:

contradictory statements

undelivered paid services

incomplete documents

upselling during unresolved issues

a 33,000 INR refund‑for‑review coercion attempt

complete silence since mid‑February

close to £1,000 GBP paid with no delivery

a company that still cannot begin operations

In theory and in practice, these last 10 months since this started, has been a very disappointing experience, and complete waste of time and energy dealing with these fraudsters.

My experience with Register Karo’s registration services has been nothing short of exasperating, as they deploy a deceptively persuasive sales pitch to emotionally coax you into signing up, yet the moment payment is confirmed, their sense of urgency and accountability evaporates completely.. I shelled out Rs. 25,000 specifically for funding assistance, but that support never materialized in even a single rupee, and when I factor in the company registration fees and other ancillary costs, my total financial drain has regrettably crossed Rs. 80,000; to make matters worse, I subscribed to a full year of GST filing support but received merely 7 months of service, a glaring shortfall that reflects their blatant disregard for contractual commitments, and while I genuinely acknowledge the competent and intellectually sound assistance extended by Kanika Chambyal and Prathistha Prajapati!who stood out as rare exceptions. the bulk of my interactions were with Ahana, Anishka Gupta, Pranjal Yadav, URUBA, and Mohit Kumar Kushwaha, all of whom exhibited gross negligence and apathy toward my concerns once the transaction was complete, leaving me to grapple with unresolved issues and broken promises; therefore, I urge every prospective customer to exercise extreme caution, demand absolute clarity in writing, and never fall for their initial charm, because their post-payment service is a stark contrast to their pre-payment enthusiasm.

If there were an option to give zero stars, I would.

The sales team is great until you become a customer. After that, the service is extremely unprofessional. They keep changing interns every month, so you receive calls from unknown numbers, even on Sundays. The compliance team cannot answer basic queries, repeatedly asks for the same documents, and I've had to remind them multiple times about my own filings because they forgot.

Overall, they lack proper systems, ownership, and professionalism. I would not recommend their services. CA is very pathetic

Register Karo is the synonym of the word Fraud,
Register Karo uses repeated sales pressure and misleading promises to push me into paying for services. Before onboarding, they kept calling many times a day and claimed the remaining charges would only be taken in stages, but after I joined, communication became poor and I was pushed into buying additional services like compliance and software.

When I raised concerns, different people kept calling from different teams with new sales pitches instead of actually completing the work. I was told certain services were necessary before my registration could move forward, and the process seemed tied to buying extra add-ons. Even after payment, I was still being pressured for more services, while the work I had already paid for was delayed.

My experience with them is completely frustrating, expensive, and unprofessional.My work is still pending in intial stage, I would suggest everyone who is thinking to get onboard with them kindly stop and go with anybody else but not these crooks

Update – Issue Resolved
I would like to provide an update regarding my earlier post about RegisterKaro.
After more than one month of continuous follow-ups through phone calls, and messages, RegisterKaro has now refunded the full amount for the Virtual Office service. I appreciate that they ultimately chose to resolve the matter amicably.
However, I believe it is equally important to highlight the overall customer experience. Recovering a legitimate refund should not require multiple follow-ups over several weeks or public escalation. The time, effort, and business disruption involved were significant.
This post is not intended to discourage anyone from using their services. Instead, it serves as a reminder to businesses and entrepreneurs to exercise due diligence before making advance payments. Always ensure that service commitments, timelines, and refund terms are clearly documented in writing.
I hope RegisterKaro continues to improve its customer support and internal processes so that future customers do not face similar delays.

As a business, we expected professionalism, transparency, and timely customer support. Instead, we have experienced poor communication and a complete lack of accountability.

If REGISTER KARO fails to refund our amount immediately, we will initiate appropriate legal proceedings before the competent court and pursue every remedy available under Indian law for recovery of our money and any other relief available. This is a fraud company. Don't pay money otherwise you will be trouble. The employees of this company tell lie specially Anushka/Prince. They call again and again until not get money. Once get money then you have to call again and again but they don't respond after that they change the mobile number. Whatever you see the 5 star rating that is fake rating.

My experience with RegisterKaro was extremely disappointing. The services delivered were nowhere close to what was promised during their sales calls and marketing campaigns. The entire process felt heavily sales-driven, where everything sounds great until the payment is made.

The expectations set before payment and the actual service quality were completely different. Communication became inconsistent, timelines were not met, and there was very little sense of ownership once the payment had been collected. Instead of receiving proactive guidance and expert assistance as advertised, I found myself repeatedly following up for updates.

What concerns me the most is the gap between their marketing claims and the actual customer experience. They promote a seamless, expert-managed process with dedicated support, but my experience was the opposite.

If you're considering RegisterKaro, I would strongly recommend doing thorough research, asking detailed questions in writing, and ensuring every commitment is documented before making any payment. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend their services.
