Registerkaro is a fraud company. The employees of Registerkaro are fraud, they want only. If you pay money then forget your service. They will not anything once get money. They will not refund the money, even you call many times and many days.

Pathetic services and zero professionalism. RegisterKaro fails completely on basic delivery and customer care. The employees coordinating with you lack fundamental legal knowledge, giving vague responses that suggest they are purely a sales-driven operation rather than legal experts. They are just money pumps , they miss deadlines consistently, and/or pressurise their clients on last dates to fill out the forms. their support team struggles to answer even the simplest compliance queries. I am genuinely wondering how this company is still operational given their fraudulent, deceptive sales tactics and utter disregard for clients. Avoid at all costs.
**As soon as you pay, they directly say that they don't have refund policy at all. forget to get even a single penny back just after few minutes of payment. Think about other options out there in market before payment.**

They behave so rude after payment is done and when you to reach customer support they hung up the call and dont listen.

I you are a serious Company dont take any service from them, paying some extra is fine but they are scam and lot of people every month gets scamed by them.

It's my second time taking their service.
So much unprofessionalism especially from the sales team. Lack of courtesy and nothing works in a formal way here.
The sales team will always try to loot you by calling to multiple times and will try to sell anything which comes to their mind.

Overall was good, but they upsell things too much and force customers to buy other services.

I am sharing this post as a customer grievance after months of follow-ups and unresolved service issues with RegisterKaro / Safe Ledger Private Limited.

I purchased an annual compliance package from RegisterKaro and made full payment of ₹19,800 on 05 February 2026 for Compliance FY 2025–26. The package was initially explained and offered to me by Mr. Sagar Butoliya. As per the quotation, invoice and commitments made by the team, the package included annual compliance services, GST filing, bookkeeping/compliance support, Balance Sheet & P&L related work, Startup India/DPIIT related service, government fee compliance and other statutory compliance support.

However, even after 143 days from the date of payment, most of the promised services have not been properly delivered.

No proper bookkeeping person contacted me. There has been no clear update or execution regarding Balance Sheet and P&L work. GST filing service was included in the package, but from February to June I had to manage/file GST returns myself after repeated follow-ups because the service was not being handled properly. Their portal was also not updated for months after taking payment.

When GST support was finally provided around June, the return was being prepared incorrectly and without proper checking of data. This is not a small issue. Incorrect GST filing can create risks of late filing, wrong filing, penalties, interest and compliance issues for any business.

MSME-related work was also not properly handled, and I had to complete it myself. For GST-related work also, I repeatedly followed up with the sales team, compliance team and support team. I was repeatedly asked to share the same invoice/details again and again, but there was no proper execution, timeline, ownership or accountability.

Apart from limited ADT-related compliance work, most of the promised services have either been delayed, not provided, or handled carelessly.

I have now formally requested a refund of ₹19,800 and have asked the team to take responsibility for any penalty, late fee, interest, wrong filing issue, rectification cost or compliance loss caused due to their delay and improper handling of services.

I am posting this because statutory compliance is a serious matter. Businesses rely on compliance service providers with trust. After taking full payment, there must be proper service delivery, accountability and timely communication.

Srihari R Dhondalay, Joel Dsouza and Sidharth Ravichandran — kindly look into this matter urgently. I am extremely frustrated after so many follow-ups and after waiting for months for services that I paid for in advance.

I request the concerned leadership/team at RegisterKaro / Safe Ledger Private Limited to provide a written resolution/refund confirmation at the earliest.

I have all supporting documents, including payment proof, invoice, quotation, chat records, video records and follow-up history.

Suraj handled my company incorporation process well and was helpful throughout. I appreciate his support and professionalism.
However, my overall experience with the company was not as smooth. The incorporation process itself was delayed for nearly a month, yet the accounts/billing team kept calling repeatedly to demand payments. I was repeatedly told that the process would not move forward unless payments were made, even though the delays were not from my side. I received calls from different people, and no one was aware what was talked with the prior person. No co-ordination, nothing. I need to keep repeating myself to each and every person.
What was even more frustrating was that they started asking for compliance-related payments before the incorporation and post-incorporation formalities were completed. Since compliance services would only begin after the incorporation process, the constant pressure to make those payments felt unnecessary and unpleasant.

I would suggest the company improve its payment communication and coordinate better between its operational and billing teams. While the service provided by Suraj was good, the repeated payment follow-ups during an already delayed process significantly affected my overall experience.

I was offered help at every stage making the process really easy to understand and convinient to go ahead with.

Before making payment, I was assured, in writing, that my company registration, virtual office, DIN, DSC, and related formalities would be completed within 10-12 days. Based on that commitment, I decided to proceed and paid the full amount upfront.

Today, it has been 23 days since payment, more than double the promised timeline, and there is still not a single piece of work that has been completed.

The issue is not only the delay itself. It is also the lack of clear communication and transparency. Instead of receiving concrete updates, completed milestones, or a realistic revised timeline, I have had to repeatedly follow up for information. At this stage, I feel I have spent more time chasing updates than seeing actual results. They are currently not responding to calls, emails, or messages, and I do not even know whether they are still working on the matter or whether I have simply been sold false promises after making full payment.

Customers make decisions based on the commitments provided by a service provider. If a 10-day timeline is communicated with confidence, it is reasonable for customers to expect delivery within that timeframe or, at the very least, proactive communication if unforeseen delays arise. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience.

Today, after 23 days, I am still waiting for any meaningful progress or even a clear explanation for the delay.

I hope RegisterKaro addresses this matter and improves both its project management and customer communication processes.

Based on my experience so far, I WILL NOT recommend their services to anyone. It is best to avoid them, spend a little more, and hire a team that can actually get the job done. At least that way, you get to keep your sanity.

Registration Process is very smooth and hassle free. They are very informative and guiding us in every step. Only setback is their value added service team. They push you to the edge to sell their value added even when you mentioned them that you don't need any assistance of now.
Apart from that company Registration team is very fast and reliable.

I was lucky to get Shalu as my coordinator and she got the submission done on the same day. Her followup has been the very thorough. Very efficient and professional experience with their service.

I chose RegisterKaro to start my company, and they were very proactive at first, quick to respond, helpful, eager to close the sale. But once the payment was made, everything changed.

The post-sale service was extremely poor. For something as simple as a Karnataka Shops & Establishment Certificate + PF/PE registration, I was quoted ₹24,000+tax which was far above market rates, as I later discovered. There were false promises made just to get the sale through.

After that, getting any support was a nightmare. I followed up repeatedly through their portal, SMS, WhatsApp, and calls, but got no real response. I even escalated to a manager, and later messaged the founder directly on LinkedIn, still no one responded.

In the end, I felt cheated and lost a significant amount of hard-earned money. The service quality after payment is genuinely bad, and I'd urge anyone considering RegisterKaro to be cautious. Please research market pricing thoroughly before committing, what they quote may be much higher than what the service actually costs elsewhere.
