The person (Pallavi Prajapati and Riya Wadhwa) I worked with was good but I faced an issue that they don’t tell you the actual amount upfront, the person keeps on answering the call regarding this payment that payment compliances and what not. Why can’t you tell me the total cost upfront. Telling in phases so they can capture clientele.

The person Chinmay was very cooperative he filled my fssai license smoothly despite facing a few hurdles it got approved and all good now.

The biggest mistake of my entire business plan was giving my company register task to Registerkaro. They spoiled it, and now i am suffering a lot because of Registerkaro. Please note : For serious business owners, never ever use registerkaro. They will ruin your sleep.

⚠️ Customer Warning – My Experience with RegisterKaro ⚠️

Based on my experience, choosing this company for company registration was a mistake. I paid approximately ₹18,000 for registration services after being assured that my case would be handled, even though I had clearly informed their team about the challenges related to the Director's DIN and registered email ID.

Before payment, multiple representatives regularly contacted me and assured me that everything would be taken care of. However, once the payment was made, communication and support significantly declined. Follow-ups often went unanswered, and despite repeated requests, the matter remained unresolved.

I also found the overall support process extremely frustrating. Emails resulted only in ticket creation, but there was little to no meaningful response, ownership, or closure. There appears to be no effective escalation mechanism for customers facing issues.

When I requested updates, I received repeated assurances but no concrete resolution. When I sought a refund, I was informed that another team would contact me, but no one ever followed up. Attempts to reach senior management, including Siddharth, Joel, and Mananreet, through calls and emails did not result in any response or intervention.

In my opinion, the service has been highly disappointing and far below the standards expected from a professional company registration service provider.

If you are planning to register a company or require compliance services, I would strongly recommend considering a trusted local CA, CS, or professional agency that can provide direct accountability, transparency, and support throughout the process.

Please conduct thorough due diligence before making any payment and ensure all commitments are documented in writing.
