I paid tem 8000 for incorporate my company and they didn't provide me DSC(Digital signature) which cost 4500 worth and now they are not responding after taking payment. They will block your number and if it is not blocked then you are so lucky because they didn't answer the calls. If they maybe received your call they will simply tell you that their so call team will call you back but believe me I tried 90 plus time on their numbers I have 7 to 8 numbers of their company employee or team but non of them are responding. If you guys suffer from the same problem then move on or file a complaint against them. And if you didn't receive something then try some other company or CA otherwise you also have to pay late fee to government like me. I paid 15000 fine to government because of them. So don't wait for them.

We had a horrific experience with RegisterKaroo regarding my trademark application. They lure you in with low upfront filing fees (which was around 6k), but once a critical government deadline arrives, they switch to predatory, extortionate tactics.

When the Registry issued an examination report, RegisterKaroo contact person demanded an unjustified fee of ₹19,000 just to file a simple, standard response, that we already prepared. When we refused to pay this ridiculous markup, they literally took our application hostage. They refused to share our own portal login credentials, actively trying to force us into a corner where our trademark would get abandoned unless we paid their "ransom."

Because they held our credentials hostage, we were forced to try and bypass them at the last minute as a "Proprietor in Person." However, due to the tight deadline and technical delays in securing alternative eSign credentials on time, we couldn't beat the clock. As a direct result of RegisterKaroo withholding our data, our trademark application was ultimately lost and abandoned.

If you are a startup or small business, stay far away. They do not act as professional legal partners; they act like corporate hostage-takers who capitalize on your fear of missing government deadlines. Their greed literally cost us our brand registration. Save your money, your business, and your peace of mind—hire a reputable, transparent attorney instead or try applying yourself.

Changed from 1 star to 3 star. Thanks to their Back office support which was prompt. Ms. Shalu was really helpful and very quick. Dont trust their sales always ask conference call with back office staff. Sales overcommit for business.

I have availed multiple services from RegisterKaro, including Company Registration, FSSAI Registration, ISO Certification, ISO Audit, CGTMSE, and Civil Liability Insurance.

I would like to appreciate the support provided for certain services. The FSSAI registration process handled by Chinmay Bhave was smooth and professional. The team members involved in delivering the FSSAI and other compliance-related services were generally helpful and completed their assigned tasks satisfactorily.

However, my experience with their sales and customer support teams was disappointing. I was sold ISO, ISO Audit, Civil Liability etc. services with the assurance that they were necessary and would help in obtaining a CGTMSE-backed loan. Later, I discovered that the service was not essential for availing CGTMSE benefits, and despite the commitments made during the sales process, RegisterKaro was unable to help secure the CGTMSE facility.

When I requested a refund, the process became unnecessarily prolonged. Instead of resolving the matter promptly, the company spent approximately 4–5 months negotiating, providing various explanations, and delaying closure. Ultimately, I was informed that the refund would only be processed if I agreed to accept a significant portion of the amount as a credit note for future services. As a result, only 50% of the amount paid was refunded, while the remaining 50% was retained as a credit note. This approach left me with limited flexibility and did not align with my expectation of a fair and straightforward refund process.

Based on my experience, I would advise prospective customers to exercise caution before purchasing services from RegisterKaro. While some service delivery personnel are competent and professional, the sales process can be misleading, and customer support responsiveness falls short when issues arise. It is important to carefully evaluate the necessity of any service being offered and obtain clear written commitments before making payments.

These people always try to cheat you by saying I m Manager, accountent ..etc and asking you to pay more and extra service which you really don't need them. If you say no they will start scolding you and fight with you.
Their portal logins doesn't work.
Once you made a payment for any service. Immediate after that person who contacted will never respond to your call for assistance.
These are number one fraud candidates.
