We as a company paid money for yearly…

We as a company paid money for yearly compliance package post money got credited to there account the entire team went MIA its been year now still DSC have not been made and the one that they made apparently they misplaced we have visited there gurgoan office twice no resolution provided pathetic company very unprofessional they dont respond over calls mails or anywhere once payment is done
additionaly the sales guy till the money is paid they will call you n mumber of times and then they wont even respond no professionalism its been year i am trying to reach out to team now

PTRC/PTEC Service Feedback

It was a great experience especially since Chinmay handled the system mishap promptly and with due diligence. The follow-through was easy and delivered within a decent timeline. Would've given 5/5 if the data cross check would've been done by the team that the name itself doesn't match, and Saloni could've informed who was she/why she was calling rather than Direct calling and asking for OTP!

Service very poor

Service very poor, no reply on time, took payment then no reply only seen , staff say which from there first time message us say we create a team group but now they no create or no messgae reply or seen
