NO Professional Behaviour, the employees didn't give respect, and moreover, they called and forced us to get extra add-on services and tell that as mandatory and if you deny and, they would speak like anything, and after paying, thay will do the work after 2 months and blame us my firend experience the same. If you want to register your business or complaints, choose another option. Overall, a very bad experience. i spent over 60k, and still they want me to pay more for some services just because they have that and they said to get DPIIT Certificate 25,000, and i did it myself for free. and got applied for the seed fund. Registerkaro is such a scam company, and moreover, they don't have an in-house CA Team; they are outsourcing for particular things, and they demand an extra amount to talk to CA

Got my DSC renewed through Registerkaro. Process was smooth — they guided me through the eKYC and OTP steps without any hassle. Team was responsive on WhatsApp and got it sorted quickly. Would recommend for DSC-related work.

It's good but software is not user friendly
