Never arrives on mentioned date/time. If a query is raised, the "5 day" delivery window gets changed to a "1 month" window and no response is received. Absolutely nasty service. NO customer care contact number. RELAY never satisfies it's customers! ONE STAR is because there is no choice to rate a ZERO STAR!

Terrible service. Completely unpredictable delivery times and consistently takes longer than any other service.

Collection point staff are also very unprofessional and have no idea about this so called “service”

Took a parcel to a shop that I had sold via vinted. They eventually picked it up after 7 days, and that was the last anybody ever saw of it. Apart from the courier who stole it, of course.

4 weeks later and Vinted finally refunded my customer and gave me the money I had lost.

I assumed this was a one off, but having looked at the reviews its clearly common practice.

My wife has just ordered a parcel from Shein to be delivered to our home address. Instead, they didnt bother to deliver it and left it at a parcel shop miles away and then text us to tell us it was a 5 minute walk away.

What if we didnt own a car? What if we are housebound? This company needs shutting down and any company who uses them needs 1 star reviews and boycotting

Parcel delivered to wrong address, told me to sort it out myself with the seller. No responsibility accepted at all . They didn't want to sort it out with the seller. Crap company

I would give 0 stars, if I could.
They don't have adequate website or app, they are loosing items, and they don't have custom service. Automatic response email will inform that it is your own fault that they have lost your parcel, and they don't have any responsibility for it.

Absolutely atrocious. Ordered a few bits off TikTok shop. Im heavily pregnant and live in an apartment complex top floor in London. The delivery driver LEFT my parcels at the bottom of the complex by the lifts where they could quite easily get stolen. Really out of order, contacted customer services but apparently because they were “delivered” it was totally acceptable. Never use this delivery company if you can help it, I’ll be making a complaint to TikTok now. Out of order completely.

Absolutely atrocious. I get bombarded with requests to deliver to a pick up point using "safer place" as scaremongering to persuade me to do so. This of course is to their benefit. If their driver has 3 or 4 drops in an area, he can just make one drop to said point. Quicker and cheaper for them!! They're paid to deliver to an address and that's what they should do. I've asked for a delivery to a Clapham post code. I've received a message that it'll be delivered to Lambeth but with the same postcode. Are these people stupid or do they not understand simple everyday English?
They're definitely an AAA company, Appalling, Atrocious and Abysmal.
I'd suggest anyone sending a package doesn't use Relay. The sender will be making a rod for their own back.

Absolutely rubbish, late delivery, just thrown by the rubbish bin in full view when we were in, they have delivered stuff before and just threw it through the front door whilst I was standing there The worst couriers going.

I would give 0 if I could do not use don’t deliver don’t return an item if they can’t deliver it disgusting DO NOT USE

Delivery made to my neibour when I am at home. No attempt made by the driver to deliver to me. I did not hear any knocking on the door or hear my doorbell.

Parcel delivered with notice being 4 drops away.

So I opened front door when passing, the amazing courier lady was so kind as to give me the parcel could see I'm disabled not good my pins..

Parcel delayed, contacted customer support as requested by the tracking and unsurprisingly received no response at all!
Relay, you request customers not to make multiple enquiries? Well they wouldn't have to if you responded to the first one!!

Pretty much all of the relay parcels I have received or delivered have gone missing- I would not use them again

Absolute rubbish. Parcel didn't turn up got i touch with customer service and sent them an email with the tracking number and they replied that they didn't pick my parcel up and the tracking number don't exist. Then they tried to blame the seller. Bad customer service as they take ages to reply and bad attitude.

They should only offer the collection service the delivery is rubbish told next drop view tracker and is going other way I waited 3 hours but I had to go out tried to change it to drop of point as I knew I would struggle being in and it wouldn't let me do that absolutely rubbish I won't be purchasing from any sellers using relay in future oh and delivery still hasn't arrived now told could be tomorrow and the customer service takes up to 3 days to get back to you how does that help absolutely garbage avoid like the plague

The delivery with this service is very poor.The driver will leave the items wherever they like and won't even press the door bell.They take the photo and send to say this parcel has been delivered.Today I was waiting for a parcel which I have ordered from Shein and I got the message from Relay and Shein to say my parcel is been delivered at 5.47pm.I was wondering they didn't even use the door bell,as soon as I received this message I went out of the house to collect the parcel but it wasn't there.They have taken the photo and collected the parcel with them.How stupid is this .Very careless drivers and I haven't got my parcel I have paid for .Very angry customer 😡

If I could give zero stars I would. Frequently lost parcels or long delays. No real tracking on app and shocking customer service. I wont buy off vinted now if this is the courier to be used.

Losing parcels left right & centre. Don’t bother emailing customer service they’ll just completely ignore you. What an absolute useless, incompetent “company”.
