The reception desk arrived in a sturdy wooden crate with thick padding, and everything was well protected. The panels feel heavy and substantial, with a smooth finish and even paintwork, although it definitely takes two people to move.
I got a little stuck while assembling my executive desk, so I contacted Winnie online. She replied within minutes, sent extra videos and clearly talked me through the steps, which made the rest of the setup much easier.
The product page states the desktop is 50 mm thick, but mine measured around 40 mm after assembly. The desk is usable, though the listed measurement should be more accurate.
I bought this reception desk and noticed the metal handle was a different style from the one shown in the photos. It works fine, but the listing should show the actual hardware supplied.
Previous site Kaguyasu now automatically redirects to Relvox. That's because Kaguyasu was going down the gurgler and is in the process of being wound up - check ASIC records for the status of that. Kaguyasu had poor reviews & customer support. Relvox appears to stock virtually the same products & is already getting similar bad reviews. There is no reason on gods green earth a company in China cannot produce quality product at a competitive price & delivery promptly to Australian customers. Yet to date it appears this has not been happening so unless & until I see evidence of a change or improvement, I'm not buying and suggest you do the same.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING.
They sell you cheap, broken furniture then refuse to refund you, stating its your fault its faulty or provide you paint to fix the poor finishing yourself. They used to be under a different company name, owing people money and refusing to pay. Scammers.

Beware of this Company
I have noticed that the 5-star reviews of this company were written within one day of eachother. So clearly there are question marks over those reviews just like there are question marks over this company operating out of China.
They took over 2 months to deliver my table, If it had been stated before purchase it would take that long then I would never have purchased. The penalties to me I do not agree with....especially since they have no proof that the table had been produced, it was just their word....

This bench looks beautiful by my entryway window. The faux leather is smooth, the seat is comfortable for reading, and it feels very sturdy/substantial. It easily fits two people. Really happy with it!
Great quality chair, but extremely slow shipping. It took so long that it almost slipped my mind! Happy with the product, but the delivery speed definitely needs improvement.
The packaging was well-done, leaving no scratches on the product at all. The materials are durable and the panels are noticeably thick. All in all, the overall construction quality is outstanding.

Horrible product. We had to drill holes out self because of how poorly made this product was. Despite the 4 month delivery. Pieces would not fit, so we had to DIY it ourselves. No leg room, the desk came in the wrong direction. Shown on the website you’d have a good amount of leg room, cupboard and drawer on the side of the alcove. WRONG.
It feels cheap. It looks cheap.
No lights for “LED alcove” came with it.
I got sent the wrong colour after they messaged me saying they didn’t have it in stock, so I asked for a refund and suddenly, the colour I wanted was back in stock. Then got sent the wrong colour anyways.
Also arrived damaged. With chips. And cracks.
Horrible. Do not order prepared to get scammed.

Paid for a dining table and chairs and as soon as I paid, got an email to say it would take between 44 -69 business days for the delivery to take place. At no time at the point of purchase did it say that on their website.
As soon as I contacted them to cancel, they hit me with a 25% penalty.

We’re sorry the customer was unhappy with the experience.
However, the estimated delivery timeframe was stated on our product page and shipping policy before purchase, as some of our furniture pieces are made-to-order and shipped internationally.
The cancellation request was also made after the order had already been processed and shipped. Our website policy clearly explains that cancellations at this stage may incur cancellation fees due to production and shipping costs already incurred.
Despite this, the customer ultimately received a full refund, while the related losses and fees were absorbed by us.
We always strive to be transparent and appreciate the feedback.
