Renergy Solutions Reviews

Excellent company, great advice, super products, good value and very professional. Special thanks to Prashant.

Really pleased with the service. The team installed the solar panels, battery system, and EV charger efficiently and professionally. Everything works perfectly and communication was excellent.

Great service and quick response to all queries. They came across as a professional and competent organisation. Prashant was exceptional in his expertise and knowledge. I would highly recommend. Renergy Solutions

I'm really happy I chose to use Renergy. I had about 5 quotes from different companies and the visit from John made Renergy stand out from the rest. They were very competitive and fair with their pricing. When you receive a quote there is no pushy sales or deadlines and you communicate with one person on a mobile phone which makes the whole experience really easy. John was really accommodating in making changes to my system spec and quote while I was exploring options. Once I had decided and paid a deposit the install was arranged at a time which suited me. Again, communication and planning was excellent so thanks Erin. On the day of the install they turn up with plenty of labour and work really quickly. I think the panels were up within 2 hours of arrival, and it was raining! All the engineers and roofers were really courteous and respectful of my home and the neighbours too and everything was done to a high standard. I opted for 13 panels over 3 roof sides, a SIGENSTORE 9kWh battery and a gateway system. I was set up on the app, shown how to use everything and the guys were more than happy to answer the questions I had on the day. Overall I can't recommend Renergy highly enough.

I had solar panels installed approx a year ago and recently noticed that the pigeon proof netting (a simple but effective addition by the way). Whoever fitted the neighbours panels don't fit it and they have more pigeons nesting under their panels than I can count).
I digress. I send a WhatsApp message with a phot of the issue on Monday got a response asking about access within 30 minutes, had to guys arrive on Wednesday the same week who fixed the problem with a smile and politeness. From my first enquiry about solar panels, the office, sales and service staff have been professional, responsive and delivered excellence. I would recommend them to anyone

Really pleased we went with Renergy for our solar install. Design was great and the installation team worked really hard installing a challenging cable run in horrific weather conditions.

David, the surveyor, was thorough and suggested putting the equipment in a more challenging install location but it meant it was far more secure, this was something other companies didn’t want to do, presumably because it costs them more!

Overall I’m really pleased with the works and we will use Renergy again for future eco upgrades.

Throughly professional from start to finish, David and Kayleigh both offering advice and support throughout the Initial consultation and after installation.

Work force arrived when they said, no mess and a very happy customer.
Highly recommend them to anyone

Renergy recently completed the installation of a 21 AICO panel system with a Sigenstor Inverter and Gateway at my property, and I could not be more impressed with the quality of their service.

From the outset, the team were open, transparent, and highly professional throughout the survey and planning process. Communication was excellent, with prompt responses to all queries and clear guidance at every stage.

On installation day, the team demonstrated outstanding expertise and attention to detail. The project was more complex than a standard install, yet they carried it out seamlessly, ensuring the finish was clean, precise, and visually appealing. The scaffold team and installation engineers all worked with care to minimise disruption.

Special recognition goes to Jake and Elle, whose dedication and commitment to high standards were evident throughout. Jake in particular ensured every detail was managed to the highest level.

I have no hesitation in recommending Renergy for solar and battery installations. Their professionalism, workmanship, and customer care set them apart, and I would gladly share my positive experience with others.

I purchased solar panels from Renergy Solutions a few years ago, and I'm still impressed. The installation process was smooth and professional, and the panels have performed flawlessly ever since, significantly reducing my electricity bills. Their customer service has also been top-notch whenever I've had a question. I highly recommend them for solar solutions and excellent long-term support.

Genuine, trustworthy and reliable company. Everything was explained clearly in simple terms. Installation was swift. Highly recommend. These guys know what they are talking about when it comes to renewable energy!

If it’s Quality of work with a Service second to none then these are your people, That is all.

Giggsy and his team fitted me with 10 panels and 2 x solax batteries and I could not be happier with the outcome. Nothing was too much work, and they even put our batteries in the loft which was no easy task. Work was exceptional standard and very efficient. All members of the team were extremely polite and professional. If you’re looking at solar then these are your guys. I have recently had them back to fit an EV charger and again service was first class.

I have absolutely no regrets choosing this solar company! From start to finish their communication, professionalism and knowledge was outstanding! They met the deadline that was given and ensured everything was clean and tidy at the end of the job and also ensured that i was happy with the installation. The workmen that came to my home (Jon, Ben and David) were all hardworking, dedicated and had no issues with answering any questions thrown at them as well as being polite and using good manners throughout. My energy bills are so much more manageable now and the quality of the products is brilliant!

I'm ecstatic about my new solar panels! Renergy provided exceptional service, guiding me through the process with expertise and professionalism. The built-in roof integration is sleek, efficient, and enhances my home's appearance. I'm now enjoying significant energy savings and couldn't be happier. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend Renergy Solutions , extremely professional from initial survey to quote to install. I felt comfortable throughout and they had exceptional knowledge on what system to go for to suit our needs.

Five star company

We made the plunge into our solar adventure a couple of months ago… we did the generic thing in getting a couple of quotes (as looking online was a mind field)

Can honestly say the service we received from Renergy was second to none from start to finish.. the installation team were amazing … very polite and respectful of our home and Dogs, David helped us with changing our energy supplier and explained the app which is so user friendly…

Can recommend Renergy Solutions enough

After seeking some quotes from national companies, I contacted Renergy who are on our doorstep. Very efficient and a competitive desktop quote was provided for 16 panels and 10kw battery. I had some questions related to the quote and required the armoured cable to not be exposed when connecting to the battery in the garage. Prashant visited the property explained the install process and solution to run the cable under the slabs.

The installation team (Tom, Aron, David and another electrician) were great on the day. Very friendly and professional with their jobs. Tom and David provided helpful tips/suggestions on using the system efficiently and which tariff to choose. Armoured cable from roof was hidden behind the down pipe and taken under the slabs - very neat job! After the install they tidied up and took all the rubbish. I am happy to recommend Renergy to friends and family after this experience. Thank you!

Outstanding Service – Highly Recommended

I had solar panels installed by Renergy Solutions, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, the team was professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient.

Ket (the boss) was onsite throughout and made a huge difference – he was approachable, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about delivering a great service. What really stood out was the price – significantly cheaper than any other quote I received. I’ll admit I was initially a little nervous that the lower cost might reflect the quality, but I needn’t have worried. The workmanship and service were top-notch.

Everything ran smoothly, communication was excellent, and the system is working perfectly. I would 1000% recommend Renergy Solutions to anyone considering solar. A genuinely great company.
