Horrible delivery and customer service.
I placed my order 2 weeks ago. There hasn’t been a status update in 5 days.
I placed this order for an important event I am attending. Now I have to go somewhere else to buy an item to replace what hasn’t arrived.
Customer service reached out to ask me to confirm my order number and I never heard back from them. Horrible service. I’ll never buy from them again.

After reading horrendous reviews,I feared the worst when I ordered my Saucony trainers….pleasantly surprised,perfect fit and look great

I absolutely do not recommend this company. If you want to loose your money don’t buy from Renovation. I ordered a pair of sandals on August 20, 2026, today is September 17,2026 and I still have not received them. I have sent at least four messages to inquire about my order they responded to the first two messages with the exact same response. The last two messages they have not responded. I have asked for a refund on three occasions, no response. I will continue to try to get my refund however, I would caution anyone who is contemplating ordering from Renova to check the reviews on google first, I believe you will look elsewhere. I would give them zero stars but I couldn’t. STOP DO ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!!

Non sono per niente soddisfatta. Scarpe non utilizzabili. Il numero di scarpe non corrisponde… almeno due numeri troppo piccola rispetto alla taglia dichiarata sulla suola. Materiale scadente e arrivate tutte fuori forma (spedite senza scatola). Le butterò nel cassonetto della roba vecchia.

The Company can improve by closing up - If I could give ZERO stars I would and have no doubt this is just a scam operation. I ordered two pairs of shoes - over £100 and they are absolute rubbish with the cheapest KMart and Target products being vastly superior at 20% of the cost. They are made to look good on a photoshoot but that is the end of it. Sizes are not equal to the standard and when they are on your feet you can actually feel the little grip stars on the sole; they are so thin and flimsy. I wrote twice to the company when deliveries were late but they never replied . They were desperate for me to buy more product but I would not do so until I received my order. They never responded but just kept sending promotions. I am so glade I did not fall for any of them but wish I had read reviews before buying. This company is disastrous to deal with and the products unwearable. So Unhappy and now my shoes are going to landfill. I would not inflict them on a charity shop. Stay away or you are going to be burnt by this Trump lookalike venture ! please Facebook marketplace - have a close look at who these people really are before more people get burnt by them. There are some great traders out there but this company is definitely not one of them

This company makes itself inaccessible to customer contact. The product was the wrong size (and delayed). The only refund option is to return the product in its original packing which is time-consuming and expensive. Their online contact form is dysfunctional and there is no telephone support. I would not recommend dealing with them.

Their sizes are fictitious. I ordered a paid of EU46 shoes. What came did have "46" written on the sole but was really an EU43/44 shoe. They gave me a discount to buy a bigger pair (and swallow the sunk cost) and I ordered the largest: EU47. What came was a right shoe labelled 47 (but even the rubber sole was shorter than the previous 46), plus a left shoe labelled 46. Not even a pair, let alone as small or smaller than before. Quite obviously there is no human in the delivery chain: the manufacturing, size labelling, shipping and customer support are all bots. I hope Luigi finds their CEO.

I ordered a black fur coat on July 10th, 2026 and got emails on delivery up until 2 wks ago and I tried to email them and it said Renova Fashion is wrong email!!

totally fake. Ordered as advertised as latest fashioned, high-quality bomber jacket. Turned out to be a fake, no unbranded, appears to be made of 'plastic' which sticks to the skin. Sizing is totally 'out'. Sleeves too long and length of jacket, just way out! Don't trust at all costs!

A disappointing reminder that not every online “premium” retailer understands what words like premium, quality, or apparently spellcheck mean.

I ordered two pairs of shoes from Renova Fashion that were advertised as high-quality, low-top sneakers. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing.

I paid for expedited shipping with a guaranteed 5 to 10 day delivery window, yet it took nearly four weeks for my order to arrive.

When the package finally showed up, the shoes weren’t even packed in boxes. Each pair was wrapped in cellophane, both pairs were thrown into a plastic bag, and the entire package was sealed with packing tape. It looked nothing like what I would expect from a company promoting a premium product.

The quality of the shoes was even worse. The material was an extremely thin canvas, far lighter and flimsier than a standard Converse sneaker. Stitching was already coming apart, there was visible glue smeared on the soles, and the labels appeared dirty.

What really caught my attention was that the stitched tags on the shoes contained multiple spelling errors. Words such as “Professional,” “Skateboard,” and “Established” were all misspelled. Even more concerning, those same misspelled labels are visible in the product photos currently displayed on their website.

When I requested a refund and return label, I was given two options:

1. Keep the shoes and receive a 50% refund.
2. Return the shoes for a full refund, but only if I paid out of pocket to ship them back myself.

Neither option seemed reasonable. I had already paid expedited shipping for a product that arrived late, was not as advertised, and was clearly defective. Having to spend additional money to return an item because of the company’s own mistakes was unacceptable.

After reading other customer reviews, I’ve realized I’m far from the only person to have this experience.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Renova Fashion. Buyer beware, do your research, and proceed with caution.

I ordered a casual shorts and shirt matching. I also ordered a men's sweater.All are too small. Please replace all in one size larger.

I ordered a hat for my husband and I, was exactly as pictured when arrived. I do think the packaging could be a little better, but overall that wasn't a big deal and happy with my purchase.

I ordered a hoodie based on the advert, which stated it was cashmere/wool—paid $65 Australian dollars. What I received was a flimsy, poorly packaged 100% Polyester item that doesn't match what they advertised. When I wrote to them about the deception, they offered either a 100% refund, BUT I had to send the item to an address in New York, OR a 50% discount to keep the item. For me to send a parcel from Australia to New York will cost a lot of money, like $30 Aus dollars, which would come to the 50% discount. I have no choice but to accept an unwanted polyester crap at 50% of the price.

Dont buy from them...it s so cheap and it s not what i order...i hate that kind of company. DONT BUY

I ordered a winter jacket . Merchandise arrived around 4 weeks after order placed. No address on package. Jacket was in a plastic bag. Size was wrong. After talking with company rep I was told to keep the package and they would send a new one for half price. I can’t believe I feel for the scam. I used my credit card and paid them the reduced price. Package arrived about 4 weeks later. Jacket had no label as to what size it was. Also the zipper on the front DID NOT work. They tried to scam me again with the same trick. No more. Beware of this company. They even gave me a return address on WALL street. I had the tracking number from returning the package telling me the jacket was delivered. I have lost around $140.00 to this scamming company.

Never received my order. This company must be a scam outfit. Today is March 10th. I ordered on February 10.

Terrible customer service.
