Price was main thing. Had to question the price of the extra battery but RTO stood behind their listed price , so that was good. . Will refer to any other contractors that need an underwater drill to RTO.

From the first step of speaking with Will Noonan on a call to verify the process and equipment, to each and every step of the experience it has been Perfect. Will was extremely professional, polite and patient and explained everything.
The equipment arrived as advised, in perfect working order, packed excellent. Simple to use and pack up and return. I used the equipment for no more than 5minutes but it solved my issue and the whole process was effortless.
