Sally came to see what needed doing regarding our kitchen clean and she was very positive. The cleaning process was thorough but required a second visit to get things right. This was easy to arrange with Sally and the second person was brilliant. By the time he left all the grease had gone.

Outstanding rating for 1. Thoroughness, 2. Friendliness and 3. Going the extra mile. They did a deep clean and the improvement in how it smells is amazing. They didn't just 'do the job' but they served and supported the customer. Rentokil - you need more people like these 2 on your team.

Lewis and Nicky done a great job in cleaning the carpets, kitchen and washrooms. The office looks and smells so much better. The process from sales quote to service was smooth and Claire turned around quotes really quick to enable the work to be booked in for requested date.
