Rychlá refundace. Je třeba odstranit chybu při registraci a platbě 25 Kč. Musí tam být upozornění na možnost zrušit předplatné- nikoliv v obchodních podmínkách, ale přímo na zahájení platby.

I found Rentola because I was in need of a new apartment ASAP. I paid small subscription hoping I would find a flat thanks to this page, however in the end I managed to find it via friend of mine. Nevertheless, I completely forgot about canceling the subscription and eventually got notification from my bank account about unsuccessful transaction. I quickly realised my mistake and reached out to the customer support. Abhinav very quickly responded with positive answer and kindly helped me with my issue. His approach was excellent, polite and professional and I am very thankful for this kind of support. I will be more careful next time, however I see there still are nice people
behind these pages and are willing to help your if you decide to reach out to them. So Abhinav, if this message gets to you (and your boss) - THANK YOU, this was a beautiful experience 🙏

(English below) Na webu nic neplaťte! Po zaplacení 25Kč vám bez upozornění po 3 dnech strhnou z účtu 975kč. Je to zmíněno jen v obsáhlých obchodních podmínkách, které normálně člověk nečte. Možná to není nelegální, ale určitě nemorální. Lidé v ČR v diskuzích a mnoha dalších recenzích píšou, že jim Rentola stahuje peníze z účtu i po zrušení předplatného a jediná cesta je blokace karty a nechat si vystavit novou. Podle zákona jsem odstoupil od smlouvy a čekám, zda mi peníze vrátí nebo zda budu muset jít cestou zrušení své platební karty.

Do not pay anything on the website! After paying 25 CZK, they will withdraw 975 CZK from your account without any warning after 3 days. This is only mentioned in lengthy terms and conditions that most people don’t normally read. It may not be illegal, but it is definitely immoral.
People in the Czech Republic are reporting in discussions and many reviews that Rentola continues to withdraw money even after the subscription is cancelled. The only solution seems to be blocking your card and requesting a new one.
According to the law, I have withdrawn from the contract and I am now waiting to see if I will get my money back or if I’ll have to go through the process of cancelling my payment card.

Rentola is a legitimate rental platform, and all pricing — including trial fees and subscription renewals — is clearly displayed during sign-up and after sign up on a confirmation email. Users must actively accept our Terms & Conditions, which explain the trial period and renewal policy and prices. The renewal charge only occurs if the subscription is not cancelled before the trial ends.
If you cancel your subscription during the trial period, it will not renew, and the full subscription price is not collected.
If you wish to speak with a member of our support team please fill in the contact form on the site under the T&Cs.
We take all feedback seriously and aim to ensure that our subscription process is transparent and fair.
