Ordered an oled screen for my S22 plus and it fit perfectly and it was a huge upgrade from the original screen that was cracked. I highly recommend from my experience

Screen replacement arrived quickly and worked as advertised.

Horrible service customer service never answers phone email them pics as requested than they stop responding after placing order next day arrives one week later and iPad screen was damaged

I received the wrong item. It lacked the actual sensor. Despite multiple emails, I haven’t received any response regarding a resolution.

The battery I ordered was an exact match and worked perfectly on fixing my phone. I order all my parts from repairpartsusa.

Great communication although is hard to reach at first time.

They don’t have a cancel order button built in site and they might have too much email to look into, so they won’t really get to your email on time. If you want to cancel an order the most guaranteed way might be submitting a return request at first place.

They do ship out my order before I can cancel it, but they are kind enough to accept my deal so that I pay for the original shipping and they pay for the return label.

Is an honorable business but might needs little improvement at their contact lines.

Easy to connect screen and very good quality! I been ordering from this company for about 3years now .

The screen assembly sent fits but that is where the good news ends, the drivers are not compatible which leads to severe stability issues ( I have had to lock and unlock the screen several times just to type this review) the fingerprint scanner does not function ( the window for it is covered in some form of potting material that can't be removed) I disassembled the phone and checked for damage just to be sure. At this point m not interested in a new screen or a refund I just want the company to do and be better. This was such a disappointment.

This took forever to come

I bought the screen as well as the screen protector. The screen broke while the screen protector was still intact with no cracks.
I also has my I phone 12pro max replacement screen brake even though I bought screen protector from you guys and also had it in an otter Box.
I would like to think maybe it was a bad batch becouse I don’t understand how that would happen. I would really appreciate you guys reaching back out to me pls and hopefully this review can be Amended.

The repair part was what I needed at a good price

I ordered on December 15
Still didn’t get a tracking number or an update. I emailed them multiple times. Called and texted. Nothing
It’s now 3 days before new years 2026.

Product was supposed to be delivered within 3-4 days. Weird because it was only going from South Florida to South West Florida - a two hour USPS drive, at most. Order was placed on Dec 5 and delivered Dec 12. When your screens spiderwebbed, you dont want to be stuck with the damage any longer than necessary. I guess 3-4 days and a week are the same thing to them. Then, when I actually attempted to replace the screen, I found out they sent me a non-working/defective replacement screen. I know because after unsuccessfully attempting to replace it once and then attempting it unsuccessfully two more times with the phone turning on (vibrating only) but the screen remaining totally black… I figured I may have damaged a flex sensor cable or something. So, with all cables appearing to be in tact, I tried to reconnect to the old broken screen. My phone and screen then worked again. I wasted about 1-1.5 hours trying this POS product from this POS company. Additionally, I had emailed them about why my order was taking so long to get to me since their website said 3-4 days (not 3-4 business days) and I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM ANYONE. I would not ever try anything from Repair Parts USA again. I only gave 1 Star because 0 stars wasn’t an option. 0/10 recommend.
