RepairPartsUSA is always my first stop for repair parts. Prices beat OEM, the quality holds up, and I get far more consistent results than rolling the dice on Amazon. Every order I've placed has arrived as described and worked the way it should, which saves me time and repeat trips. That kind of reliability is hard to find. I'll be back.

I ordered an iPhone 13 screen that was soft oled, yet I received an iPhone 12 looking screen that was LCD that looked horrible and has ghost touch, but it did the job I guess.

I was excited that I received my order in a relatively short time period. The Sim tray received was for an iPhone 6 Plus, but I needed one for an iPhone 6s Plus. The sim tray does not fit my phone.

I have not received any responses to my phone calls, text messages nor emails…zero acknowledgement. I asked if I can get the proper SIM card tray and also to confirm that the accompanying battery replacement would fit my iPhone 6s Plus.
(I have not opened the battery box)

No response to all channels offered in their voicemail message. I just want to know if they plan to help or not…or assume they will simply ignore me.

It’s a shame…I wasted time and money pursuing a repair opportunity because the seller doesn’t seem to care.

I ordered the batteries for an iphone 14 pro and an Iphone 12 pro max and I just got to say I love how their products come in a good packaging and they come woth lifetime warranty. Shipping was decent, I ordered on a saturday and got my order the following Friday.

I have called, emailed, and texted them to let them know that they did not send me all that I ordered. I have not heard back and do not expect to as it has been more than a week. The product I did not receive was the iPhone 16 Pro Precut Water Resistant Frame Adhesive so it was less than $2.00 but don't expect customer service from this company.

It was very cheap, arrived quick, and worked just how it is supposed to!

Terrible customer service. I paid extra for expedited UPS shipping because I urgently needed the part. The seller ignored my emails and phone calls, ignored my cancellation request, and shipped the order anyway. Even worse, they did not use the expedited shipping service I paid for and sent it by regular USPS instead. The order arrived days later than the timeframe I paid for. No communication, no accountability, and no consideration for the customer. I would not recommend this seller

They had multiple selections and was easy to fine what I needed. Was cheap and arrived quickly and on time.

The itm came broke and cracked up. Been reached out for a replacement part and haven't heard from anyone.

Im mot sure if this website is a scam but I bought an item and so far I have not received any updates about my order. I emailed them, I have called them multiple times, I have texted them and nothing, They will not reapond. I made my order on agust 21st and its now agust 27th and have not heard from my order, so all indicates that I was scamed so be careful

All my parts came on time, everything I ordered was right, the quality excellent. I’m satisfied with the prices.

Garbage!!! First off i bought premium oled replacement for s22 ultra. Photo showed gaskets and sticker parts where sin goes etc and was BARE METAL , had one speaker glued in crooked had to remove it and fix and buy all new gaskets on top of the 90 dollar so called premium part. The back glass came broken gum banned to the back of the oled box!! It was also the incorrect color and guess what I tried to use it anyways and it dont even fit. Turns out it's for s22 not even the ultra it dont curve so even though I salvaged and had to order more etc I still couldn't get their fake parts to work. 3 weeks of customer service ignoring me. I put in return request, for 2 weeks it gave me 404 error to do that but it was if ored, emails ignored, texts ignored, calls never given to live person!!! Scamming company lies in all listings!!! I want a refund and now have to file a claim with my bank ti get money back and or shop pay!!! I am livid, DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMNERS STATING PREMIUM OEM AND SELLING 5 DOLLAR FAKE PARTS OR INCORRECT PARTS! THEN TO IGNORE YOU AS THEY KBOW U WERE GOING TO BE CALLING ETC AS ITS DONE ON PURPOSE. I FILED WITH BBB QND WILL TAKE FURTHER ACTION ALL TOLL THEY GOT ME FOR OVER 100 DOLLARS!!! PAID PREMIUM FOR SCRAP GARBAGE CUSTOMER SERVICE DONT EXIST!! SCAMMERS!!! PRODUCT WAS NOT AS DESCRIBED, BROKEN, INCORRECT MISSING, ANDCOMPONENTS! U STILE MY MONEY RIP OFF CON BUSINESS NEEDS SHUT DOWN!! IM REPORTING THEM EVERY WAY NECESSARY I WANT MY HARD EARNED MONEY BACK! I STILL HAVE TO REBUY A BACK NOW AFTER SPENDING OVER 100 WIRH THEN AND 20 FOR GASKETS IM LOOKING AT NEARLY 200 NOW ALL IN ALL DUE TO THIS COMPANIES LIES AND SCAMMING!!

Terrible customer service. They didn't respond to emails, phone calls or text message. I paid $12 for expedited shipping but still shipped ground. The $100 "OLED" Screen was bad quality and caused my phone to overheat and constantly shutdown. Screen wasn't OLED when compared to an actual phone w/ OLED. Again, they did not respond about shipping or issue with screen. I ended up buying an LCD screen off amazon for $29 and was delivered next day, same quality as the advertised OLED from this company & most importantly works. Looks like this company gives two craps about the quality of the product or customer service. If you're one of the lucky ones without issues... congrats. For the ones that experience issues, I hope you had a chance to read this first. Risk vs Reward...

Fast shipping, items (two batteries & screen) exactly as expected. Batteries working great, having an issue with the screen, awaiting guidance from Repairparts team.

Very quick and reliable

Absolutely unacceptable customer service. I have sent approximately 10 emails, made numerous phone calls, and submitted multiple forms through their website, yet I have never received a response or any form of follow-up communication. Even when calling, I have been unable to speak with an actual representative.

More recently, I received an iPhone 16 Pro screen from them that was defective and did not function properly. Given my repeated attempts to contact their customer service and the lack of any response, I am extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the level of support provided.
