It's not worth the lower price. Yes, this is a real service. Yes, you will receive a product. The product will almost ALWAYS be shipped broken as they use no protective packaging and their customer service will ghost you. They never even got back with me. So, take my advice, it's worth the $20 extra to buy from a reputable vender

Battery arrived in great condition and packaging. Shipping was within a reasonable time. No visible damage. Have not installed it yet, but appears to be of great quality and will work to replace my iPhone battery

Scammers! I haven’t recieved my order and my last order was missing items and the items I recieved some were broken and unusable. I would never buy anything here. They won’t return calls, emails or texts and they don’t answer the phone. The good reviews they have are paid for they offer their customers a discount to leave a good review. Terrible company.

The purchase was confirmed on 5/25 and I still have yet to receive any updates at all for the back glass replacement I ordered for my iPhone 14. I’ve tried calling, sending texts and emails, but I have not been able to reach any sort of representative or receive any replies from anyone. Do not make the same mistake I did purchasing anything from this company as you will more than likely have to wait an extensively long time for your order and be left in the dark without any sort of ETA or explanation for the delay. This is absolutely unacceptable and I’ll never do business with this company again.

I bought a iPhone 6s plus display replacement the screen is ok but the cables where to long and I had to fold them in a that the cables pushed up on the screen.

I ordered parts from repair part usa because they had 2 day shipping. i paid for shipping 2 day because i needed my phone. when ordering it told me if i ordered with in so many hours i could have it in 2 days. my package wont be here for 5 days if its not delayed. wont order here again if in need of my parts fast . very disappointing.

I bought a screen and backglass to repair my s10+, paid extra for 2-day shipping. I hadn't heard from RPUSA for a couple days, so I sent a follow-up email which was ignored. After another week of waiting, I emailed them again, threatening to dispute the charge with my bank if I didn't receive a response. The day after that, I caved and bought a new screen on amazon, then a day later I receive an email saying my order has shipped with no direct response from RPUSA. When the back glass finally arrived, it was cracked all over, though not as thoroughly destroyed as my old back glass, At this point I was no longer interested in working with RPUSA, so I didn't bother to refund or return, and just took the L. Would not buy again.

They shipped as they promised ,budget friendly

I paid $34 for over night shipping only to get the order 8 days later. I have tried to contact the seller through phone calls, text messages and email with no response.

Unfortunately was not able to use the battery and tools that were ordered because battery with a warranty was stocked by a local iPhone replacement store which also included a warranty with the battery and also installed the battery for a reasonable charge. But I was able to return the battery with tools without any problems or issues.
