They Ship fast and the tools are well made.

It was best decision I made. It didn’t take long for my screen to come in. It was also my first time ordering took at least two days to come in. Also I’m texting from the phone lol.

I have ordered parts from RepairpartsUSA for a couple years and have always had a good experience. However after plenty of flawless orders I received two orders with a iPad 10 screen and a different iPad Digitizer glass that was damaged in transit. In no way have I been able to contact RepairpartsUSA by TEXT, EMAIL, Or PHONE. I've sent many emails asking for help with my order to either get a refund or replacement to which has gone unanswered. I've called probably close to 100 times, left messages, texts and not one time has someone answered the phone or responded to email or text or even given the decency to call back. After filing chargebacks with my credit card issue RepairpartsUSA will respond to them that my items were received and in good quality meaning I have a useless pile of parts that were paid for. I highly recommend steering clear of this company and ordering your repair parts somewhere else. If they see this review and consider doing something to make it right.
(Even a store credit)I would change it.

It took a couple of weeks to get my screen protector. I unfortunately did Crack it right away before I got it installed but still works well.
I dont like the circle towards the bottom of the screen, im unable to scan my fingerprint for authentication for security.

Sure the price is a nice way to entice customers to visit the page but it’s impossible to get ahold of customer service, and if ANY information is wrong or incomplete your order doesn’t ship and just sits in purgatory. No item, no shipment, already paid for, still no reply from company….

Had inventory issues with my order. I paid for two-day shipping and still have not received all of the items I purchased. As a business owner, this has caused me to lose money and delayed work for my customers. The company does have good products, but their communication is extremely unprofessional and difficult to deal with. There was very little transparency or urgency regarding the missing items, which made the entire experience frustrating and unreliable.

RepairPartsUSA came to my rescue being so budget friendly. My budget is extremely tight & I honestly wasn’t confident that I was gonna be able to to make this happen for the price that I did. Under $50 for a new aftermarket battery & a new rear glass panel, since mine is currently broken. When I go to do the repair my current one is going to fall apart so it was a necessity.

Not even a year ago I was getting my screen fixed at a repair store & The guy insisted on me getting a new battery even though my original battery was less than three months old. I was charged $50 for the battery replacement and 9 months later It’s 100% smoked. My phone is stuck on one percent and is just dying instantly when I go to do anything like open the phone or use the flashlight or use voice text etc. It’s very annoying and my phone is toast until I put a new battery in. Thanks to RepairPartsUSA, I can get my phone back on and in good working conditions for under $50. Highlight of my month!

Everything I ordered was as advertised and worked perfectly. Shipping was decently fast (within the week). I've ordered from them more for iPhone than android and never had an issue with what was sent.

I've purchased iPhone 15 pro max screen from RepairParts. It was too thick to fit and requested refund third times on their website but no response. Customer should be cautious when you deal with them.

Order never arrived, called and emailed company multiple times over a two week period and zero reply. Horrible company that does not take care of their customers.

My purchase was not what was advertised it says hard OLED I received a cheap LCD screen instead and when I reached out to try to get a refund I got no response.

I wish I can give zero stars to this company, terrible customer service, to the point of not even responding to any texts calls or emails, had to get the ATTORNEY GENERAL of Florida to make something happen. Just a lousy experience.

Quick delivery, minimal packaging, easy to install parts and tools work well with my iPhone.

Very good prices and customer service. Have been using this service for a long time and rarely have issues. Sometimes shipping can be slower than expected.

The back cover to my Samsung Galaxy S10e phone was a direct replacement and fit well. I had to pay as much for shipping as for the item itself. It was advertised as including adhesive, but no adhesive was shipped, only the cover by itself. I could buy the same thing on Amazon for a higher price but with free shipping and it includes a full repair kit with tools and adhesive.

Screens and components were low quality, and when an item returned defective their support team was non existent
