We hired the LDN sash window co on the recommendation of a friend and I can honestly say it's one of the best renovation decisions we've ever made. We looked at lots of sash window companies, but LDN sash truly are an unbeatable combination of superb product, competitive price and brilliant customer service.
We had over 10 windows retrofitted and replaced on our Georgian property by Mark and Elliot who were highly professional: punctual, hardworking, courteous, tidy and fast.
We now have stunningly beautiful windows (no more ugly secondary glazing!) that keep out draughts, reduce noise and actually open!
I've already recommended Mark and his team to our neighbours because the whole experience from first communication through to final installation was exceptional.
Bottom line: They really care about doing a great job - go with them, you won't regret it!

Mark and his team did an excellent job of reproducing our street-facing Edwardian windows and door in January 2023. The materials and finishes are of high quality, reflecting great craftsmanship, and the installation was meticulous. Mark made sure we were 100% satisfied and took the time and effort for this to happen. We paid a fair price for the value we got. Mark made and installed 2 new sash windows at our flat in West London to replace to that were single glazed and getting old. From start to end the process was easy and great and we are very happy with the final result. Recommended.

Superb. Mark replaced the original sashes throughout the house for new doubled glazed and renovated the original frames such that the windows now look like new (for a much more reasonable cost than a full replacement)

Mark and his team were efficient, polite and always extremely careful to keep things as clean and tidy as possible, including cleaning up after themselves at the end of each day. A pleasure to have around the house - they are as unobtrusive as possible. The work product is of a fantastic quality - I am delighted. I would actively recommend anyone to use him in a similar job.

Our refurbishment required the re-installation of 8 complete sash windows and box frames. Although I sent dimensions, Mark wanted to visit the site and discuss the project before providing quotes. Mark talked through our options, how his windows were made, glazed, installed and finished. He was extremely thorough which combined with his friendly manner, virtually guaranteed him the work even before quoting. Throughout the project, Mark provided regular updates and delivered on or ahead of the agreed schedule despite this being a period where most other trades on the project were delayed by material shortages. As the refurbishment was not as advanced as we had hoped at installation of the windows, Mark and his colleague Elliot returned to re-touch the window finish after the heavy site work had finished, which definitely went over and above my expectations. I received many quotes for the work and LDN were very competitive on price. I would highly recommend LDN Sash Windows for anyone looking to replace or repair their windows.

I'm very happy with my refurbished windows. LDN was recommended by a friend. Before finding them I had thought that my only option was to completely replace my lovely old sash windows with new ones, at vast expense. Mark came round and explained in detail all the possibilities and prices for dealing with them and gave me a date for the works, that he kept to. Anthony was reliable, arriving when he said he would, tidy, polite, and nice to have around. He did a beautiful job.

Mark was very organised in facilitating the work and keeping me in touch with how things were going. Anthony, who actually did the work, was friendly, efficient, thorough and cleaned up well after he had finished the work. The job ended up being a bit more complicated than first anticipated but there was no question of charging us more. I would definitely recommend LDN to anyone. You may get cheaper quotes elsewhere but LDN provide excellent value for money.
