Food is good but delivery is not reliable. We’ve now been a week without the food and there’s no way to contact customer service by phone - only by WhatsApp which goes unanswered. Customer service doesn’t seem to exist.

The food is good and my elderly cat is doing well, but the delivery is unreliable. They deliver every month but not always on time so that has left me with no wet food for the cat. They use Yodel which is unreliable. I have asked them to send it earlier but they have not down so. Also if you reduce the amount of dry food they still charge the same amount which seems unreasonable.

My cat Hercules loves the wet food .He enjoys the dry treats. Yodel areca company that has not always delivered the cat food to the right address.

Kitty loves their food! To the point im having to elbow her out the way when the new wet food goes in her bowl 😂 being part Bengal, she is fussy and opinionated of her food but she cant wait for this now. One little snap of tin lid and she is there! Only had the trial package so far, so hoping that good comms and prompt sending is continued. Ive emailed with 2 questions so far and a good, prompt reply to both.

Good product- reliable delivery- good personal customer service

When I open a can. My cat will claw himself up my body to get to it Becuase he loves it so much. He goes completely wild for it and licks the bowl clean. I’ve never seen him love a cat food as much as this

I have a very fussy 13 year old cat who turns her nose up at most foods. Republic of cats is different , she loves it and has so much more energy lately. She’s always regularly sick after eating, always has been but not since eating R O C. Brilliant customer service too. Highly recommend.

Five star service, my cat loves the food. He is more settled and happy. Much better quality than shop bought food. A more satisfied cat.

Amazing product service and food quality highly recommend

Food is great but delivery is very unreliable as the company use Yodel. My cat is really healthy and has been eating RoC for over four years. Unfortunately I’ve had a few deliveries that have been late and this months delivery hasn’t arrived at all despite six different confirmed delivery dates. I’ve flagged this with RoC and they just keep asking me to wait. No offer to send another box and they have not provided the refund and cancellation I have asked for. As long as Yodel is their delivery partner I can’t re subscribe as it defeats the object if deliveries don’t arrive and RoC don’t do anything to resolve issues.

I’m very happy with this cat food the 1st delivery didn’t arrive so they sent me another one and I’ve got this one and my cats love it

My male neutered moggy, tabby & white, hefty, eats every texture & flavour of your products & now turns his nose up at "ordinary" tinned cat food. We're delighted by the whole Republic of Cats experience & would recommend it to every cat - but you, dear reader, need to do the shopping 😸

My cats vet put them on a restricted diet - we have deduced that it's fish that are causing them issues. Do you know how hard it is to find cat food that doesn't have some sort of fish oil in it!? Clearly Republic of Cats do as they offer flavours without any fish oil or anything fish.

Changing them to this food was easy as they just immediately preferred to to their previous subscription food I was getting them, they just took to it straight away as if it were lick-e-lix lmao

Also, enough cannot be said about the customer service provided! I had so many questions and then random glitchiness on my account, but they sorted everything and really just went so far beyond what they had to to help me. All my wee questions were treated as important. Genuinely impressed and as long as my cats enjoy the food, we'll be getting it from RoC, and even if they do suddenly decide to not like it, as cats sometimes do, I'd recommend Republic of Cats to anyone.

I spoke to Ronnie first, then Leah, and they were both just lovely and approachable. Thank you again, you guys!

Longhair fussy molly, turned her nose up at everything. Then we found Republic of Cats. Now m'lady has found something good enough for her palette, I get tins of the wet food she'll enjoy, and the dry option that she loves. Now she clears her bowl every time. Meanwhile, her coat has become so soft, glossy, and easier to maintain at its best. All round happier cat now. Good monthly subscription model, easy to tweek quantities / flavours / ratios / delivery dates etc. Cat food worth buying. Undeniably good for my cat's health.

They listened to my request and acted on it
