Resolver are great at getting you answers particularly with those particular companies that have no dedicated customer services or companies that ignore you over complaint's they've helped me a couple of times with good outcomes they are definitely worth asking for help i just wish i could afford to donate 100% trustworthy

Thank you for confirming that you are pointless even though I think your name is very misleading as if you are an ombudsman or will resolve issues and as for your positive feedback? Well there is plenty of negative feedback on here!
You state your a free service as if anyone would pay you for the service you provide!
But you must be making money somehow!
I personally think you should be closed down as I wasted a lot of time using your service and was getting quick responses direct from Virgin Bet and only came to you because I thought you could resolve matters how wrong was I which you have now confirmed.

Next time I go to the bar I was told with a really bad attitude that no this beer is £3.15 so I said no ! I've never paid that much but only to be told after speaking to Chris an a new manager that I was to pay the new price as it is of a high percentage

Resolver disputes were easy to make contact with UNTIL we paid them over £8k to resolve a timeshare miss sell. It’s been over a year and they have blocked our calls and we can’t get through to ANYONE!! Emails are also bouncing back.
They have all the paperwork, reference numbers to claim back our money and we question if they have done a runner with that and taken our £8k with it.
NO communication, NO follow up, NO contact
Be aware!! They took our money January 2024 and we are STILL trying to get hold of them and find out what is going on.

What is this magical service I have never ever heard about....complained to Marriott about one of their hotels, got reply in minutes. I cant speak for the resolution yet (will update my review accordingly) as they might be used to complaints via this service and wont actually deal with it, just soften it but I give it a chance.

Whilst the platform was useful for preparing submissions re my complaints to O2, it was complete waste of time as O2 simply ignored everything. I eventually Referred the matter directly to the Communications Ombudsman who dealt with matters effectively. Once concluded I returned to the Resolver complaint to leave feedback and found that Resolver had closed the case without notifying me.

This lot are not processing payments due to their customer's. I have used resolver in the past and its been great apart from recently when told to keep contacting the company which we have, not helpful.

Used this for a complaint against O2 (as directed by the O2 website!) at the end of Oct '24 and have never received anything other than the automated responses even when escalated to the Ombudsman!! Have chased many times through the site but no use after 3 months. Now need to work out how else I can raise the dispute as this has just been a massive waste of time

Waste of time, ive always made my own complaints and had results. My first complaint via resolver complete waste of time. Account deleted and will never use again. Complete time waste. I recently had to use Resolver to help with my dealings with House of Fraser as I was getting no satisfaction with regards to sending back an item for a refund. After contacting Resolver the matter was resolved within days and I got my refund. I am really pleased I contacted them and would definitely recommend using this company. I do not think I would have got the result I did without their help.
