Resources Unlimited Reviews

Your product is great and your customer service is wonderful.

From the intial response, to the ongoing support, Alicia Pfeffer has been amazing! She was attentive to our specific needs and offered recommendations for how we could integrate assessments into our business model. We actually feel like she is an extension of our team!

Billing was also a breeze, and Leah Vande Weerd reinforced what we encountered with Alicia. So glad we opted to partner with you!

DISC 2.0 is a great tool that's used for student developement with their leadership skills. It's easy to set up and take the assessment.

The DiSC profile offers some great insight into how you work, and how to work best with others.

There are some questions which I was in the exact middle of, and had to make a choice I wouldn't normally make, so it basically is a coin flip which seems less accurate. I have taken the survey twice in four years, and there was a fairly large shift in my assessment, so I'm not sure if that's the close questions going one way, then the other – or something else.

Thanks to Alicia and team for the great customer service as we kicked off our EPIC admin site and assessment distribution.

The folks at Resources Unlimited are always helpful when I call with questions. They respond quickly to emails as well. I really appreciated the class they held recently to help us transition our classroom DiSC training to online video conferencing. They provided lots of good tools and helpful insights.

Workbooks came in excellent condition when I expected them.

Terrifically responsive team. The ability to be able to buy credits at any hour of the day or night is so important. But I also rely on the personal contact with the very knowledgeable staff. I have never been disappointed when I have called for help.

DISC is my go-to tool in developing more cohesive teams. I can't recommend a better source for understanding the dynamics of the team that works for you and a way to help them understand each other better to get better results.

I have always received great customer service from Resources Unlimited. A few names to mention who should receive a Kudos!
Alicia Pfeffer, Judy Zitzloff (You put on exceptionally great training classes) and Todd Hmmingsen. Thanks!

This was a great experience. Nice small group, excellent instructors who made it fun and valuable.

I have always been pleased with the service I receive from the Resources Unlimited professionals - and the products and convenience of online processing are great. The past 2 times when I have placed very large orders for Epic credits though, I was prompted to enter a promo code at check out. When I inquired about a code, I was told that there was no code to apply to my order. It seems that if there's a prompt on the site for a code, then the codes do exist. I'm a small consultant and I'm not crazy about paying more than I need to - especially when I'm spending several thousand dollars.

DISC profile and tools are outstanding and customer service superlative!

Wonderful services! As always.

Alicia and Phylicia are very helpful, and responsive. The analysis results are spot on, and very beneficial when sifting through potential candidates.

Have dealt with Resources Unlimited for many years and the service has been consistently amazing

Alicia is very responsive and helpful as I try to determine the best assessments to get our company to its fullest cooperation and productivity!

Excellent service, responsiveness and support. Could not ask for a better vendor partner for our health system.
