Resources Unlimited Reviews

I've had technical 'snaffus' this past year that were not corrected or explained. Specifically, Managing My Account, removing NLE employees from folders (in May 2018) and then, some of those same employees reappearing in a Team View report later created in July 2019.

Excellent customer service and support. Thank you for going out of your way to make the process so easy and professional.

Tawnya was an awesome, inspiring, and excellent facilitator. I enjoyed collaborating with her on on Culture and DiSC workshop. Our team got a lot out of the training and will organize more!

Nothing but great experiences! Alicia is always incredibly responsive and willing to go the extra mile to get me the information about the products and services that I need to be a successful DiSC facilitator! Having the opportunity to receive in-person training from Master DiSC Facilitator Judy has also been so beneficial and has helped build my confidence in my own training skills. Thank you, Alicia, Judy, and the rest of the Resources Unlimited team!

Awesome company with a great product and staff.

Experience, service and support was excellent. I never felt lost or that I could not reach out to someone.

Alicia is super responsive and easy to work with

I like the fact that I can get everything I need from your website - it is very user friendly.

The Everything DiSC Workplace Profile survey and reports do all the work. The staff went out of their way to assist in establishing my account and my clients thoroughly engaged in the process.

Everyone on the Resources Unlimited Team treats me as if I am their #1 customer. They are professional, timely, and truly go the extra mile to keep me coming back. Thank you, Wendy

We've been using DISC scoring to help us work with our new employees in placing them in the right position. The DISC profile has always been accurate in its assessment and helpful in our dealing with employees.

Todd was professional, thorough and very responsive to my questions and request for assistance. 120%+

The results from my DiSC assessment test have been extremely helpful. I now have a much better understanding of not only my own strengths and weaknesses but also some insight into how other people may view the world and situations that may arise.

I've worked with Resources Unlimited for years now and they are consistently customer service oriented. They are very prompt to reply to requests and questions. Very happy with them as a vendor and will continue to use Resources Unlimited!

The training was fantastic, and I was sincerely appreciative of the events that took place during the training. I can't say enough how excited I am about the product or the training that I received.

Great tool, easy to use.

The customer service from the central office is exceptional. The staff is always very responsive and willing to accommodate any request with a very warm and timely response. A pleasure to work with the staff in Iowa.

Everything went really well. Communication regarding the class was delivered on time, Alicia was very helpful throughout the entire process.

Judy was a fabulous trainer filled with experience and knowledge to back up her stories. I felt like I wanted to continue on with the training for the rest of the week.
