Resources Unlimited Reviews

wonderful trainer. clear and descriptive examples. expansive coverage of training material. would highly recommend.

Not using your products anymore, but great service when I did.

I use my DiSC Certification training many times through the year. They provided a very good online training that helped me become an expert in everything DiSC.

Ordering was easy, invoice received timely, product received in perfect condition within 3 to 4 days, and customer service was excellent! I would definitely recommend.

Great experience always available to help and provide you with what you need.

Exceptional customer service, responsiveness and professionalism! I can always count on Alicia to provide high quality service and deliver on all counts. thank you!!

Resources Unlimited has always been a great provider of assessment resources. I've worked with them for 10 years and they always deliver high customer service in a very timely manner.

We have been using DiSC at our company for the past 7 years. We love DiSC. It has improved our culture and has made a huge difference in the way we communicate with each other. We have 5 DiSC certified trainers at our company and everyone of our employees go through the training. Resources Unlimited has made it very easy to access the assessments.

Resources Unlimited is a necessary tool during my hiring process. It gives me information I need to make sure I hire the right person for the position I am filling. It also helps my current sales staff relate to new clients and each other at a higher level.

We had a good experience with Resources Unlimited around their DISC assessment tool. They helped us along the way and even worked with us on some problems we had on our end to straighten things out and maintain the relationship. We look forward to working with them more in the future.

Great products, great service, always reliable.

The Live class discussions are really helping to define how to facilitate the material. It's a truly great experience!

I have received excellent service each time I've reached out for assistance, no matter how many times I call about the same issue. Alicia, Tawnya, and the rest of team have been professional and accommodating.

They are very helpful and get back to you when they say they will.

The service is very prompt and courteous.

Their product is current and relevant; customer service is personable and extremely helpful; no question is a dumb question!

The virtual one-on-one training is very customized. If there will have a customized and solid plan before the first time call, the whole learning journey might be more structured and client-driven.

Also, I wish I can get the whole pack of the workplace's facilitation materials:)

Overall, the service from the company and the learning experience with Judy Zitzloff is fantastic!

Alicia is a great resource for us. She's always willing to answer DiSC related questions or help out with last minute requests. Thanks!
