This experience went from apprehension about equity release to feeling elation once we had completed it mainly due to the excellent service,knowledge and professionalism by Nick Meeke who guided us through the process from beginning to end

I had in the past few years thought that I would go down the equity release path , and did research on how things had changed from its earlier years .. but that didn’t stop me from procrastination for a while .. and it took a little courage to start the ball rolling ..
I had read some information about who to approach first and came across Nick Meeke , and found him to have a gentle approach from my first telephone chat , and thereafter was grateful that he was not going to rush me through this process , but explained the outline of what would happen and allowed me to digest everything , before contacting me again one week later , when I was ready to absorb further information
from then on we discussed the plan at a pace comfortable for me with courteous consideration of my understanding throughout .. and how different options may impact me personally ,
Nick was responsive when I needed to query or confirm things in between scheduled phone calls , which ultimately put me at ease and taking the initial stress away ..
