Beyond my expectations. Super fast shipping and the shoes are amazing. The site is user freindly and they have lots of great deals! I am thrilled by my purchase. It was a first for me but certainly not tje last ;-)

I saw some shows on the website that I have been looking for for a long time. I bought them when they had their Cyber Monday/ Black Friday sale. It took almost a month for me to get any updates on the tracking, it said they was delivered at the end of January but I never received the shoes and I have been in contact with the company and still don't have the shoes. It's almost March now that's 3 months of me waiting with no resolution. This has been a horrible experience, I REALLY wanted these shoes but I don't trust this company to order anything else from them.

I was thrilled with the deal I got on these sneakers. A total steal on an item I'd been watching for some time. They arrived super quick. Didn't have any issues to deal with so customer support wasn't contacted for any reason this time around.

I can't possibly give enough praise :3 I reached out with a bit of an odd request, and Giselle was so friendly and helpful!

Customer service was above and beyond, and shipping was super speedy :D

If it weren't for the awesomeness of Retro Eclectic, I would never have been able to get the item I was hoping for :3

The shoe I purchased Honey is exactly the shoe I have on today. They are so versatile, I can wear them on my daily walks with my dog and then wear them out shopping or wherever. I can then wash them and put them away for another day. It's like wearing new shoes everyday. I also like the fact the left and right shoe are different patterns.

Easy website to use, and the shoes were delivered in the stated timeline. My daughter and I are very happy with the sneakers we ordered!

Shipping was super fast, the packaging was unique, and the shoes were really cute!

Excellent customer service. The only thing I was not happy with is that I ordered plates for our Halloween wedding party. The design I ordered was out of stock even though I was able to order it. They did contact me right away to let me know. I was able to get a different design although it was not a design I particularly liked. The other two designs were great. These are hard to find plates. I am glad they had them to purchase. Again they offer great customer service. Website is easy to navigate. Packaging is good. Delivery was pretty quick.

There was a problem with sizing and it was solved instantly, with no hassle.
I kept my discount.

After specifically searching for shoes with a wide toe box, I came across an ad for Retro Eclectic online. Fell instantly in love with the fun, colourful designs. I eventually bought two pairs (Chocolaticas Espresso Martini and Fox) in a size I thought would fit but they were slightly tight. Customer service gladly exchanged both of them for one size larger and I only paid for return postage (the original discount for first-time buyers was retained). Delivery for each mailing instance was prompt (three business days--domestic). I'm happy with my new, roomy footwear!
