"Do not be fooled by the 'Lusso' branding; this is a textbook operation in financial misconduct. After 14 months of waiting for a sofa that never arrived, Furniture Trade Ltd (LiveLusso) is now attempting to dissolve the company (Company #14191885) while holding £1,550 of my money.

They issued a 'Refund Notification' months ago for an amount minus an illegal 25% fee—but the money never arrived. It is a 'phantom refund' designed to buy them time while they head for a strike-off at Companies House.

If you are a victim of this company: OBJECT to their strike-off at Companies House immediately. Do not let them disappear with your money. I have involved Coutts and am filing a report with Action Fraud. Their directors are fully aware of their statutory obligations; they simply choose to ignore them. Avoid at all costs."

I’m still waiting on my sofa being delivered. Website has now gone down and cannot speak to anyone. I think I’ve been scammed.

There is hope…. Finally after waiting 9 months, dealing with the bank, and ombudsman, I have finally had all my money back from this fraudulent company, if they owe you money don’t give up and keep fighting, they tried to argue the dispute which delayed me getting my money back, but in the end, I won, 3k refunded, be very careful this company will pop back up with a different name and website.

Avoid this company like the plague!!!! We were waiting 7 months for the sofas to be delivered and when they finally arrived we had paid for “white glove service” meaning we were told they would assemble and take away the rubbish only for it to be dumped in our front room and when questioned they said they had to go to another job so I was left to assemble and clear the rubbish away myself with no refund given.
The sofa was bigger than what we measured (luckily we could fit it in our living room). The overall look of the sofas were what we expected but the quality was very poor!!! After 5 months we’ve had thread doming loose exposing the cushioning. One of the legs is loose of the foot stool. I have messaged the company and had no response.
Once they have received your money you receive no messages back regarding shipping or complaints.
Very disappointing, don’t waste your money!!!

Ordered a sofa on 01/01/25 with an original delivery time of 12 weeks. As of now still no sofa and no contact from them. They don’t answer emails and their phone is not working. Put a dispute through with the bank, but funnily enough they had the time to challenge the dispute. Still no contact from them. Total scam, glad their website has been closed!

Saw perfect sofa. Ordered swatches Mar 24 and watched reviews had a 5 star trust pilot so ordered Nov 24 on credit card. Never received sofa and company stopped answering emails and took order progress page from their website. Put in a claim via credit card company and got my money back. Feel sorry for all those that weren’t able to claim. Understand company is no longer trading but will no doubt start again in a different name. Please be aware and always buy via credit card so you are covered.

Do not order this company is a total con. Placed an order for sofa and chair 1.5k I received swatches of fabric then nothing 4 months later no one from the company answered my emails . Phone doesn't work . Plz don't give this person any of your hard earned money

I have ordered a sofa and payment has been taken. But the company has been dissolved and no longer answering emails. I have waited over 10 weeks. I am now raising a dispute with my bank.

I have constantly looked at live Lusso reviews after my own experience, I am now glad to see this fraudulent company is no longer trading. I will continue to look for signs this corrupt company doesn’t rebrand itself under a different name.

Ordered a sofa, a white glove service too and delivery. From the first point of contact, the overall service is disgracefull.

1. Exceedingly poor customer care/service and communication aswell as consistency. All round service - Disgracefull
2. Delivery - white glove service Extremley poor. Two lads delivering of the sofa, rude, with one having sticky fingers after using my tools. Who reluctantly put the damaged sofa together. On inspection, I instructed the lads to take the sofa away. Both refused to do so.
3. Wrong sofa delivered, also different colour sofa was extremely poor quality, not genuine real leather, ripped, broken legs, missing legs, sofa was fit for the skip
4. I was offered alternative options on return of the sofa. Of course not a full refund
5.LIVE LUSSO stopped communicating on the return of the sofa

This is a total scam! Do not buy a single thing from this website. Needs to be closed down.

Companies House shows it is one lady, operating from a first floor office in the middle of London.
Like other reviewers, she has taken my money - with no responses to e-mails and the phone is disconnected.

This is a scam, please don't pay not a single penny, all call come to me i don't know how, even here is land phone number but my number is mobile number.

I think this company has gone bust !!! As ordered sofas over 2k last year and not heard a thing since ! No refund .. no sofas !! No contact and their phone line has been disconnected .. not answering emails and the phone number attached to trust pilot don’t belong to them it’s a personal number .. rip off

I came across this website and loved the look of the sofas as they looked so luxurious so I ordered one. I am happy with the velvet sofa, it's gorgeous and different from what I usually see in the shops. The delivery instructions were very unclear. The website it stated that the sofas come in two parts and that assembly is included in the delivery. However, the sofa came in one part with the legs screwed on which meant that it couldn't fit through my living room door. The delivery guys also said that assembly was not included. I had to plead with them while trying to speak to customer service. Eventually the delivery guys kindly unscrewed the legs, carried the sofa in my living room then screwed the legs back on. Thank you Mario and Constel the delivery guys.

DO NOT USE . Taken money but no sofa over 4 months later - no order confirmation , no phone contact details, no response to emails. Would give 0 star if an option.

Very dubious company, after collecting payment they didn't deliver my sofa and stopped responding to emails nor my calls. Highly disappointed.

9 months after purchase sofas piping started to tear on both sofas. Proof of purchase & photographs sent. 3 emails answered stating being dealt with; then nothing no further emails answered phone calls unanswered.
Hard to believe that this is company still trading. Yes I should have gone with previous reviews but when placing order staff very courteous & did keep in touch. The people who work for this company must have no empathy or compassion for others.
Do not believe their statement of guarantee it means nothing. I just wasted £1500 that I had over 5 years and have two uncomfortable damaged sofas.
For your own good PLEASE do give this review consideration before parting with your hard cash.

What a shambles, the sofa took 4 months to arrive despite being told 10 weeks maximum. When it arrived it was damaged. I was informed that they would send a New leg to replace the damaged one and i would have to fit it myself. I then complained and they said it would be fitted by a tradesperson in 10 days, this was on 15 January and jt is now the end of Match and no one is speaking to me io responding to emails which are weekly. What a shambolic company, beware!
