Apparent Fraud
Ordered a sofa in September with a 8-12 week lead time. They wrote in early January stating they could not honor the order and my payment would be refunded within 21 days. It’s now been 25 days with no refund and Live Lusso won’t respond to emails or inquiries on the status of the refund within anything more than a chatbot.
AVOID THIS COMPANY!
Absolute horror show from the word go
Absolute horror show from the word go. Ordered a 3 seater sofa from the ‘in stock’ sale as the delivery timescales were 5-7 working days.
After around a week I chased my order only to be told that it was in production and would take approx 12 weeks. Apparently somebody else purchased the sofa I wanted at exactly the same time as me so the stock was allocated elsewhere 😂
Following on from this we agreed to take a different colour of the same sofa. This morning a two seater version of the initial colour arrived. We have rejected the delivery and now have no idea whats going on or when we will receive our sofa that we so desperately need.
Issues happen but when your are lied to and people try to pull the wool over your eyes its just not on! I would not advise anybody using this company!
Multiple Delays Lack of Communication
Poor Experience - been waiting for more than 4 months now for 2 arm chairs, I understood they would arrive by Christmas ordering them in Oct but they didn't arrive, if I'd known I would have gone elsewhere. I see others were communicated with, but I've had to chase repeatedly, generally getting AI response, then to be fair followed a day or so later by a human, politely telling me a different reason each time, now they tell me that it will be another 2 weeks before in port and then 2 weeks to "arrange" delivery. So looking at around 6 months for 2 armchairs which I'm pretty sure are off the peg. They weren't even cheap, just liked the colour and foolishly thought they'd be delivered within 12 weeks, I wonder if they will actually arrive and if some of the reviews factual.
Update chairs arrived though around 5 months after ordering. They appear to be good quality and as described. So have improved my scoring, main issues very long delays and having to chase to find out where items where repeatedly.
Appalling customer service! AVOID THIS COMPANY!
Appalling customer service. After I spent over £2000 in a sofa and two armchairs, only two items were delivered after waiting for 4 months. Now I have to wait for at least 3 more months for the last armchair to be delivered. Not only this, but Steven did not let us know of the new delays affecting our order even after confirming a delivery date (TWICE), having us waiting at home for a delivery that never took place. I have sent an email with a complaint about their poor service and Steven said he would pass it onto the manager. The email was never passed on as I never received a response. After all of this, I have to wait for my armchair to be remade and they offered me a refund of 15% which is literally only £82. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!
I didn’t buy a sofa, just ordered free swatches
After reading some of the reviews I had some trepidation over purchasing from this company. So I tested their customer service ordering the free sample swatches, which on their website is said to arrive in 2 days. It was delivered just over 2 weeks later, and I wasn’t given any response when I queried them about the delay. Ultimately, it came with 4 complementary tea sachets, unfortunately I’m not a tea drinker so this didn’t go down well with me. This experience was enough for me to spend my sofa money elsewhere.
Beautiful product, appalling delivery and communication
Similarly to many other people's experience, my problems with Live Lusso were around communication and delivery timelines. I ordered a sofa in September 2023, and it was not delivered until March 2024. The legs finally arrived in May 2024.
First the samples didn't arrive, then I wanted to speak to someone at the company to discuss a basement delivery, then the sofa was delayed and they stopped responding to emails, then in December they attempted delivery.
The two guys who came were alright but couldn't see a way to deliver. They refused to take the sofa out of the box, despite me offering to sign for it. They badly damaged the box in the process. They put me on the phone with someone in India who asked if there was a "safe place" where the sofa could be stored whilst they "attempted" re-delivery. In a city flat?
Eventually, I had Live Lusso re-deliver the sofa to my own delivery company and paid, at my own expense, to have competent movers bring it into my house. It was two months before I could successfully get Live Lusso to arrange re-delivery and they managed to screw up several times. Live Lusso had said that it would need to have the front door taken off to deliver. In fact, my guys literally walked straight in with it. So much for the "white-glove" service.
It arrived with no legs, and it took another two months of chasing for those to come. Emailing every week to beg for the legs.
It is a FABULOUS sofa. I love it. It's everything I wanted. I'd love to buy an Ottoman to accompany it, but can't face dealing with them again.
Scam Alert: No Communication, No Delivery, No Accountability
I ordered a sofa set from Livelusso on 1st August, and 20 weeks later (it's now 23rd December), only 1/3 of the order has arrived. This company has been a complete disaster to deal with.
The only communication I ever had was via email with their representative Steven, who is the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with. Now, even that has stopped—he hasn’t responded to any of my emails for the past two weeks. They gave me multiple deadlines, all of which were missed, and now I’m being completely ignored. When I tried to call the company directly, it’s impossible to get through to anyone, it goes to voicemail for few minutes—it’s like they don’t exist once they have your money.
Without the other pieces (the 3-seater and 4-seater), the 1-seater is useless to me. I’ve contacted them to return it, but it’s been over a week, and I’ve heard absolutely nothing back.
This company is a scam. If you value your money and time, stay away from Livelusso. They will string you along for months with empty promises, leaving you frustrated and out of pocket. Avoid at all costs!
They lost our sofa
I do not have the option to put a negative number.
Absolutely horrendous service.
Ordered a sofa 4 months ago and a month ago they delivered our sofa to the wrong house and tried to deliver half of someone else's sofa to us.
Now we're being blanked for a week and considering our options as we have no response.
I wouldn't strongly suggest not buying from them.
Sofa and chair gorgeous as anticipated
I’m loving my new 4-seater sofa and matching chair, which are beautiful and comfortable. As others have commented, the wait has been long (more than four months) due to the current problems with global shipping routes. I appreciated when this was explained honestly by Steven as it was really a force majeur for the company to have to address with their anxious customers. The company is not a scam and they were doing the best they could under the circumstances. I found Steven to be very responsive and attentive to my concerns throughout the process. The delivery guys were fine in my case and did what was expected. Note that the 4-seater comes in two parts which I didn’t expect as the photos on the website show a single base. I needed extra legs in the middle to fully support it, which Steven arranged efficiently to be sent to me afterwards. Looking forward to having family and friends lounging on it over the Xmas period!
Late arrival but super happy.
This was a difficult one because although delivery was late, the customer service from Steven was amazing.
Yes my sofa took 5 months to be delivered and Steven kept me informed all the way and gave me an undisclosed discount due to late arrival.
What I will say is that "This company is Not a scam!" it's a company that unfortunately doesn't deliver on time due too unforeseen circumstances.
I have received my sofa today and it's gorgeous, it's well made, colour absolutely fantastic and sturdy.
The delivery company... Not so good, they wanted to drop off and leave but I stood up to them and told them to assemble so I could check the sofa and told them to take the rubbish away.
So I'm giving 4 stars because although late it definitely was and is worth the wait and Steven was brilliant, polite and patient with my disgruntled emails.

Trade shipping route was impacted and was diverted through the good hope of Africa. Although I was informed, the delivery experience wasn’t the best… was advised fitting and unpackaging was complimentary- but turns out it wasn’t.
Organisation apologised, which I accept but think it’d best them to focus on the last 10% to get the 5 star rating. So 3 from me.
They lie and are scammers
They lie and are scammers. I had to get my money back through paypal - they should not be allowed to operate. The chat on their website doesn't work. They send an email which makes it look like your furniture has been made and shipped. (it hasn't and has no tracking). No customer support (it's all fake). It's a fake company started by a millionaire. If they ever actually do ship the piece it's made in malaysia. I had to fight with them via PayPal to get my money back. They lie and try to keep 30%.

At first we were a bit worried about ordering a sofa online but the experience with Livelusso and their delivery team was exceptional.
I ordered the Pesaro 4 seater chaise sofa in black velvet and it's everything I could want and more.
We had ordered the swatch packs first and they came so quickly. (We had previously ordered swatches from another sofa store and by the time they had arrived, we had already gotten our swatches from Livelusso, picked a sofa and ordered it lol)
Steven kept us updated with all things to do with our sofa and delivery. He explained the delivery will be delayed and we we're actually expecting a longer delay than what it was. We had factored in our sofa to take roughly about 16 weeks anyway as we knew they were delays on going. We ordered on 20th August and it arrived on the 1st December so just over 14 weeks it took which I honest didn't mind. This wait certainly didn't feel like that long anyway as Steven's communication was great, he sent updates of where our sofa was every so often which kept our mind at ease.
I honestly cannot fault the delivery team either, the boys who delivered our sofa were brilliant, they called us the morning of our delivery to let us know what time roughly they would be.
All in all our experience with Livelusso team has been amazing. Thank you all so much for everything. I'm so excited to enjoy my new sofa :) 100% recommend!

Well where do I start useless
Well where do I start, I ordered my sofa in May 2024, still haven’t received it! It’s been painful trying to find out why I haven’t received my order, no joke these guys are like a chocolate teapot. 100% useless. I’ve only just received my money back. So you have been warned.

I ordered this sofa at June 11th.It supposed to take 12 weeks for the delivery.But It took them almost 5 months finally the sofa was being delivered.However it was damaged with couple tears on. The deliver company were very meat people. They wanted to just drop the sofa on the floor and just wanted to leave.even it is a white glove delivery. Some of the area of the sofa still had some thread on it. The communication was very poor. They don’t do business with high quality and moral. Over all it was a horrible experience.Just be careful to purchase stuff from them.

Do not buy from these criminals. I spent £650 on oven last Nov on a black Friday deal. No oven, no customer service, one email to say oder not in stock delayed til 1st Jan. Tried to cancel order. No response. Rang bank to raise claim in Feb. After months of emails back finally got my money back from back in Oct. Who even gave me £100 compensation. DO NOT BUY TROM THESE THEIFS

Awful…
So Livelusso have replied to my last comment, packed with untruths! They were given every opportunity by me to keep me informed of what was going on with my order! I had a couple of emails at first which were completely fabricated! The last one informed me my furniture was awaiting quality control at the warehouse and I would be getting a delivery date once this had happened, and that was the last I heard from them until the text from the delivery company several months later to arrange delivery. I was never ever offered a refund!!! As I said before I put it in the hands of Paypal who also failed to get a reply from Livelusso and it was Paypal who refunded me. As I said before a dreadful company!!

Livelusso are a so called high end…
Livelusso state they are a high end furniture company. Unfortunately what I received was very poorly made, sofa materials not of the standard and colour of the Swatches sent out. so don’t bother sending for them. Their white glove delivery is shocking two men will dump your furniture that is wrapped up in odd bits of cardboard and a plastic sack fastened together with rope, and run leaving you to unpack it giving you no chance of refusing it when you find what is inside the applauling packaging, something that does not resemble the colour you choose from the swatches they sent, very damaged legs that could not be attached to the sofa as the plinth that the legs attach to was not there. So after a call to livelusso they did agreed to pick up the sofa and resolve the problem…. I had been told a refund was possible… however I was not offered a refund I was offered a credit to pick another sofa stock only, I decided to decline the offer and wanted my money back to buy a sofa elsewhere. My reason for this is because the sofa I bought from stock did not resemble the sofa I received, it obviously was not checked at quality control before being sent out. Wrong colour, damaged legs parts missing, clearly not the sofa I picked from their online stock. So I didn’t want to chance that again. So I have no sofa no refund. this is a genuine review and an honest account of what I have experienced with this company.
