Company’s gone bust. No contact from anyone, no sofa, no tracking, no account. No social media and £1200 down!

Sofa was very very poor quality and the colour looked nothing like the photo online. Stitching was also lumpy and crooked. I returned it immediately and still waiting for my refund more than two months later. They don’t respond to my emails and I’m now unsure if I’ll ever see my money. Avoid them - they’ll soon be out of business with so many bad reviews!

I have lost contact with the company. They delivered a damaged sofa after waiting for 4 months for delivery. The chair is still missing and I’ve received no word from the company despite several emails and unanswered calls.
They initially promised to resolve the matter but have not been in touch since.
Please don’t attempt to use this company.

Communications from the company have ceased. Telephone contact number is no longer working and emails now go unanswered. Avoid at all costs.

Worst company. I ordered 4 leather cushions in November, I have emailed numerous times, first time I had a reply to say they wasn't ready then communication on their side has stopped.

Worst company ever, don’t bother buying it. I ordered my sofa in December and still haven’t received anything. I contacted my credit card company and they immediately gave me a refund. DO NOT BUY UNLESS WITH A CREDIT CARD FOR EXTRA PROTECTION. Clearly some people get their sofa, but only consider it if you’re incredibly lucky, and if that’s the case, go buy a lottery ticket instead. You’re more likely to win that.

In my experience the business selling furniture as Live Lusso is run by compulsive liars. More than 4 months after paying for a sofa and two chairs (for which delivery times were quoted as 8-12 weeks) I’m still waiting for them and now realise they’re never going to arrive. To begin with, the company strung me along with sob stories about delays due to longer shipping routes. When I requested to cancel the order, I was told they’d withhold 30% of the full purchase price, even though their website terms and conditions say cancellations are billed at 25%. Now they don’t even bother to reply to emails or phone messages (no one ever answers the phone). They’re either scammers, or going bust, or both. Am now in touch with the fraud department of the credit card company through whom I paid for this purchase.

Wrong and faulty sofa delivered and now trying to contact the company but no one answers don’t ever buy from this company again

If there was a way to give no stars I would. I did NOT get my sofa and have been unable to get through the bot wall to get a refund and this goes back nearly six months now. They string you along about the refund after a sob story about the shipment getting damaged. Promises to get the refund but still nothing but bot messages saying they will handle. Do NOT use this website.

Under no circumstance should you ever purchase from this absolute sham of a company - if I could give them a negative star rating I would. I ordered a sofa from them on 4th January but when it was delivered to my house on 11th January it did not fit through my entrance hall (as the measurements provided on the website were wrong by 20cm). The sofa was taken away by the delivery company and returned to the warehouse, but when I spoke to Steven in customer services he immediately told me I would not be entitled to a refund even though the sofa had already been returned to them. After a long chain of emails he finally offered me a full refund on 22nd January and then (surprise surprise) after promising me multiple times that the refunds team were raising it for me, I have still not got my money back. Steven has also magically disappeared and no one will speak to me via email or through their phone line (which only ever rings out). I am now having to pursue legal action to get my money back. Save yourself the trouble and never purchase anything from this company - it is not worth the trials you will be put through.

Seems fraudulent to me. I paid for 2 seater sofa, and was provided very dubious time-lines of delivery dates. I was told shipping around the Red Sea is delaying deliveries. That was 2 months ago.

One would think shipping armament across the Red Sea have better delivery timelines, rather than Live Lusso's sofas. Unfortunately, I'm going to cancel my order, and hope to get repaid! Beware of buying from this company. Gives a really bad name for online furniture companies.

After the sofas arrived and were not the advertised measurements, they agreed to return them for a full refund.

They received them back over a month ago and despite lots of emails confirming they have them and are processing my refund, I have not received anything after numerous promises that it has been marked as urgent.

They are now ignoring my emails and their phone line seems to be disconnected.

I am now having to go through PayPal to try and get a refund as luckily I purchased through there. It seems from other reviews I am not the only person having this experience.

This is a total scam. Do not give them your money. They have 1,400 of my hard earned dollars. Latest excuse: damaged shipping container took on water. Still looking for my refund. I am pursing legal action. This is just wrong.... They need a negative number to rate this s**** show. I hope you see this Henry.

Avoid this company. After chasing and chasing my order, I was firstly told they couldn't locate the container my order was in, then they had technical issues with their system and finally my order had been damaged in transit and I couldn't have it , all well past their 12 week promised delivery date. I was promised a refund in 7 - 10 working days, I am now on 22 working days and they are not replying to my polite requests for my refund to be processed. They have had £2,000 of my money for 5 months in total and I'm worried I won't be getting it back, it's a nightmare. Don't be seduced by their glamorous looking sofas as I was, use a reputable company you can trust

Just got my sofa's delivered. Delivery time was long but it didnt bother me as plenty of time to get work in the living room done. They are beautiful and I'm very pleased. Liked the app which meant you could track where they were in the building process. When they were in country the store kept me up to date. Very sturdy and well worth the money I paid for them in the sale

Iv been Ignored on WhatsApp emails phone calls I just want my 3K back !

Avoid at all costs. Terrible customer service with several failed delivery promises. Once they have your money they don't care. You'll get your sofa sometime maybe perhaps. Or not. I lost patience and demanded a refund and when that didn't go my way I contacted my credit card company. I have been fully refunded. So if you are tempted..... pay by credit card. You get extra protection for purchases over £100. But don't be tempted...

Well where do I start... I have waited nearly 5 months for my 8-12 week delivery and today received this. I have had many sofas over the years varying in price and this has got to be the worse quality sofa I have ever purchased. Please do not waste your money buying from these, this sofa had apparently been quality checked twice (by a child I'm assuming) The hem lines are sewn wonky, one of the arms tilts inwards and there is excess fabric. There Is no where for me to upload photos so I've put one on my profile of the straight corner hem, down the side of the sofa, not on the corner. Also noticed how they only respond to positive reviews, if you've got a issue they don't want to know. Since I posted this review livelusso did reply to my email offering a few solutions and I chose a partial refund and to have the sofa repaired myself with the monies. Suprise suprise I have had no partial refund and my emails are now being ignored! I will now be contacting trading standards.
