As others have stated, this company is terrible and just out for your money.
An absolute joke of a "customer support" leaving a week between each reply. I contacted them in regards how the piece I ordered is nothing like what was shown/described just for them to tell me to steam the jacket to give it more volume???
It's most likely a drop shipping scheme.
The quality is terrible, what you order is nothing like what is advertised, the customer support is awful, avoid these guys.

Absolute garbage product
Absolute garbage product, ordered a jacket which arrived scrunched in bag straight from the factory in china. The product looked nothing like what was on the website, different colour and the material looked sooo cheap and garbage. Contacted the company for a refund, apparently they don’t know their own refund policy or EU laws, stated they couldn’t refund me but could provide store credit which I didn’t want considering how terrible the product was. Took days to reply in between each email trying to stretch out the time for a return. Absolute garbage product and terrible customer service, would not recommend.

In your case, the order was shipped to Australia, where our policy provides a store credit option for returns.
Regarding communication delays, our customer service operates Monday to Friday, and we aim to respond within 48 business hours. We always take into consideration the date when the return request has been made by the customer.

Baddest customer care service ever!!!
I have never experienced such bad customer service. They refused to give me my money back, even though they had my items. They even dont know their own return policy and dont know anything about the eu laws. Without paypal purchase protection i would be cooked. Such a bad service, i wouldnt recommend anyone to purchase from them. They refused to answer me lots of times, I wrote them couple of times. They also just dropship the items, they dont have any ,,special brand items“. Dont buy from them, be careful
Answer: First of all i had to remind you to answer, there was no answer at all first. There is no ,,we‘re always commited to treating each request with attention and transparency‘‘. Its not normal that this problem was going over a month. You also refused me to give me my full refund. Glad i knew the law better than the customer care service

Amazing collection

The product is really good and the quality is excellent. Quick delivery. Chronopost ok. The original delivery day was delayed by one day but that wasn’t the fault of Revivo Avenue. Will definitely purchase again.
