The experience and communication with RFC Surveying were generally great. I liked that they have a dedicated platform where I could track everything. I don't remember having a dedicated section where I could add comments/concerns about the house, like other surveyors normally have. I received the report the following working day, which was way faster than expected. Tiny inconvenience, but regarding the final survey report PDF file, it was a shame that I couldn't search for a word/expression, and the photos could have been embedded links to see the original in full size. Otherwise, no issues. Thank you.

As a novice purchasing my first property in the UK, I was fortunate enough to have the services of RFC Surveying Ltd recommended to me by a friend. My friend also praised the use of a drone to survey the roof and any other inaccessible areas, I’m so pleased that RFC were able to provide this as I am buying a top floor flat.They have been professional, reliable and produced a clear and comprehensive report. Their post report support is exemplary. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Amazing experience all round with this company. Their admin team were very efficient and helpful. Antony the surveyor was extremely informative. He called me and spent a good half an hour after the survey was complete running through everything, asking me questions about my plans for the property, and giving reassuring advice. There was a drone put up on the roof, thorough report notes completed along with photos that I could not get myself. Really impressed with the level of detail and professionalism. Highly recommend this company for their value and friendly, thorough service. Thank you for making my first house purchase a lot easier than I thought.

Antony at RFC Surveying was recommended to us by Jackson Bailey. We received a very quick response to our enquiry and a date was booked within days. Antony completed a Level 2 Survey, updated us over the phone and we received a very thorough report a few days later. I also went back with a few queries a couple of weeks later and Antony was more than happy to clarify a few things. All in all an excellent service and would highly recommend!!

Me and my partner are purchasing an old victorian house. Before the inspection, we were concerned about what issues could come up and if we would be able to fully understand everything.

RFC handled everything extremly professionaly, and are extremly willing to walk you through everything. Even on a bank holiday!

I particularly enjoyed the fact they call you straight after inspection and give you a rundown. As well as answering any follow up questions once the report is through.

As a result we feel extremly confident in our purchase! We feel we know everything about the property.
