The process was explained from start to finish. I had a phone call to go through the findings straight after the survey before I got the report. The report arrived promptly and I was given time to read it and then was contacted incase I had any further questions. Communication was spot on.

I have used Antony twice now and he provides a highly professional service. Excellent reporting and follow up support, highly recommended and will be using again in the future.

Excellent service and experience from the initial enquiry call. Anthony's assistant Jo was very friendly and efficient in arranging the survey for me quickly for a date that was convenient, and my report was returned within a week. I was pleased and impressed with the level of detail and advice/suggestions offered in Anthony's Level 2 survey report. It surpassed my expectations, and was better than a Level 3 survey I paid for a few years ago with another company. Anthony replied to clarify some questions I had from the report by email and offered a phone call if I needed further support.
