Build time was much quicker than quoted. All set up and really pleased with it. Quick test ride was great and electric motor works brilliantly. Not fault of Ribble but parcelforce tracking was poor. Lucky to be at home when it arrived.

Had an excellent visit to their Mailbox showroom in Birmingham while looking to purchase my next bike. Staff were very helpful, answering my questions and showing me the various options. Helped me work out which frame size to go for by setting up a test rig and helping get a comfortable position. Highly recommended!

Lovely bike, great to have the test ride.
A small disappointment is that there's no choice of (flat) handlebar width - the 'universal' size might be ok for L or XL, it's going to need to be cutdown for the smaller bikes. Hardly ready to ride.
There's an opportunity for improved service by offering chain waxing.

I travelled up to the Clitheroe showroom to see the Allroad model I was interested in and was greeted by your very pleasant sales person who guided and advised me with my purchase. He then took me through the payment system which was easy. I opted for delivery to my home address, and recieved my new bike within five days.
Final assembly and setup was easy.
This was my third order in ten years which proves what an excellent service they provide.

Came very well packaged with good protection around the important parts like Handle bars and frame. Very easy to put together and had it gravel ready in about an hour. The range and choice of bikes was excellent. The ordering was simple and easy to follow, all the accessories were also easy to order and priced competitively.
My whole order was delivered in one large box in good condition and within a week.
The only nigle was installing the seatpost securing lug/bolt.

Purchased bike through cycle to work scheme. The discount on the bike before the scheme was applied was why I went for it, but I ordered it on the Monday and it was delivered on the Thursday, and so far it's been excellent

When I arrived they gave me time to look at the bikes and then when I was ready they answered my questions. I chose the bike I wanted then gave me a bike fit. All done in a professional way.

I went to the store at Cribbs Causeway to make sure I ordered the right size. The staff there were really helpful. They suggested what add-ons were and weren’t required and handled the order for me.

Delivery was programmed for a week when I was going to be away, so I emailed Customer Relations and they delayed the order.

The bike arrived on plan.

Bike was ready to assemble. Instructions said both wheels would be attached, but turned up with just rear. However, that was better as it meant it came with the handlebars attached, so the slightly more complicated install was already done for me.

Went for the first ride on it yesterdays d it felt great!

The shopping experience was fine but I'd like to review my Allroad Al Tiagra. My previous Ribble bike, bought 6 years ago, was a bargain - a 105 Carbon R872. I bought the Allroad as I wanted to try hydraulic disk brakes and larger tyres as is the way. Having ridden the bike a few times it's a bit of a mongrel really. In hindsight I wish I'd got another Cannondale. So: the 'short' saddle is painful (designed for performance it doesn't work with this bike in my opinion) - I have had to change it. The wheels don't belong as they are the gravel variant (G1800) and not road (R1800) - too heavy. Being 6' 1" I opted for the large but with the saddle fully up it only just fits. Note: Ribble offer a free fitting service at their stores. The drivetrain seems noisy - the chainline just doesn't 'look' right. The hydraulic disk brakes are great - I do like those.

This is the second bike I have bought from Ribble. In Jan 2023 that had to be returned as the internal cable routing was not performed properly and the bike rattled on anything other than perfect tarmac, it was returned again when the front brake caliper worked loose as the thread insert was not applied properly.
My latest 2026 bike was returned upon initial delivery as there were runs in the custom paint work. Paint work still has some minor issues and the chainstay protector is torn but I can fix these myself.
No complaints on customer service as they are always helpful, but they just need to improve on quality control
