The order mi mi arrived within the time stated, all in tact but the fat balls and cakes are well past their bb date although I don't suppose the animals and birds mind that. The squirrels like the fat balls but the birds don't seem to like them and I haven't seen any birds going for the bird seed . It's early days yet so here's hoping I haven't wasted my money. At least we will have some well fed squirrels!!

BUT - lid not secured to tub of root booster, and contents spilt all inside cardboard packaging.

If you don't have stock tell me, if there are delays tell me, if there are other reasons for delay tell me. Don't just do nothing.

When it was finally delivered I had to chase the plinth which was not sent with the original order. In my view a shambles...

Had a problem with horses tail for ages and nothing touched it but with in a couple of days it was dead, brilliant.

My good came as aspected my fliwer power is wonderful not used my Lawn magic yet first class service.

Ordering from the website was easy and straightforward, even though it was bank holiday the delivery was very quick.kept informed all the way on delivery from the courier. Looking forward to dealing with them again in the future.

Easy to use , does exactly what it says after using it during hot weather after 3 weeks looked like i relayed new turf beautiful realy pleased would highly recomend ( im not a gardener).

ok...so I googled box caterpillar after seeing my infested buxus hedge and was directed to Ridchard Jacksons herbal organic buxus spray believing this was the product to get rid of the pest - I purchased 3 x concentrate herbal mix to spray. I used 2 bottles and it's done JACK....I still have the caterpillars and when I read the small print it's basically a leaf shine! So feels like a total waste of money! Cross that I was directed to this product.OK, so I just read the prompt reply from Richard Jackson and that’s fine but the product needs to say that! Finding it out after spending fifty quid in August to then be told it works from March is irritating.

I was expecting my subscription item last week, it was dispatched 5 days later, customer services then said to wait a further 3-5 days for delivery. I won't renew my subscription as there was also problems last month. Disappointing.

The hot bin I ordered from Richard Jackson’s Garden was delivered from the manufacturer within a few days, well packed and in good condition.

Having used Richard Jackson,s products for several years now I can only say that his quality is 1st class. Bird food, flower power, root booster and moss treatments are all regularly used by me.

Bought some plant supports. Ordering online was easy and delivery was quick as promised.
Excellent communication throughout.

I had no problems ordering my items they arrived 3 days later in good condition and I have since used them.
A little early to see how they have worked but am pretty certain they will be ok

Having placed my order on a Tuesday 28th June I expected it to be delivered in 3 to 4 working days as stated on the website.
The following Tuesday I was just about to query where my order was when I received an email stating “My order was on its way”. Then nothing till my order finally arrived on the Friday 8th July, 10 days after placing my it.
On receipt I noticed that the dispatch note was dated Monday 4th so here is where my 3 to 4 working days delivery period started.
It would have been great to be kept informed that there was going to be a delay obviously a serious lack of communication.
This is the worst delivery time I have ever experienced and I even had to pay for
it.
If I do get response from Richard Jackson Gardens please don’t state “sorry for the delay I’ll look into that”. It seems to be words not action going by the previous complaints about delivery time.
It’s a pity I couldyn’t give it 5 stars like the lucky customers who quoted “a quick delivery service”
