I wouldn't use these guys again
I wouldn't use these guys again, a very condescending attitude when I tried to cancel a policy after selling an investment property, they told me they would charge £90! cancellation fee on top of the £25 from the insurer on a £200 policy, £90! that is ridiculous.
The operator was rude and frankly in this day and age should be better at her job.

I spoke to Matthew to arrange a new insurance policy.
He was polite and easy to understand. He gave me all the information needed as concisely as possible. He was knowledgeable and processed my policy quickly and efficiently.
I was recommended to use this company and I would now recommend them myself.
You also don't have to wait on the telephone for ages to get to speak to someone.

Home Emergency no phone number?
Just took out cover for my BTL property and I added ‘Hone Emergency’ as an extra cover. When trying to find the number to call on their 44 page document it doesn’t seem to exist? I called operate number that are on the document and they don’t know either and I am awaiting an email back. Not a good start. May have to cancel if I can’t the number to make a claim.
Update 12th May:
I have cancelled this policy but unfortunately have now been charged a £50 admin fee.
Your reply to me asking why, as I have a 14 day cooling off period was this:
“As per our term and condition there is a £90 cancellation (£50 if cancelled within 14 days from commencement).”
My the main issue with this being the key wording on your document is "£50 if cancelled within 14 days from commencement"
The cancellation clause refers to cancellation within 14 days from commencement. My policy had not commenced when I cancelled.
Needless to say I am very glad I didn’t buy insurance from you.
Complaint has been sent and review downgraded to 1 star from 3 to reflect this.

We completely understand that insurance documents can be confusing and we're sorry that finding the Home Emergency contact number wasn't straightforward. The policy documentation is produced by the insurer, but we will absolutely pass your comments on to them.
We will also be looking at ways to make important information, such as key telephone numbers, clearer and more prominent within our documents so that other customers don't face the same difficulty.
