Changing review from 1-star to 5-star
I’m changing my rating from 1-star to 5-star after receiving a call from RightSure who empathised and acted on my complaint positively. They understood where I’m coming from and will resolve with the provider to improve their documentation and avoid confusion.
It’s good to be heard so thank you. I have not received the refund but trust that RightSure will make good their word.

I called but the phone just kept ringing. I didn’t feel I could wait. I am not going to argue anymore. It’s a big company against me.
Why would I need to call anyway if your document specifically refers to landlords

Good polite service
Matthew was very clear when I couldn't get my payment thro on the insurance company site. We did get cut off during the terms and conditions but he phoned me back soon after and got the deal sorted with a slightly cheaper price than the insurance site actually quoted me.

Having reviewed your journey, we can see that the premium quoted was the same price you paid. The only difference is that when you retrieved your quote, you selected and purchased Legal Cover, which costs £35.50.
