Just sold my wife’s Jeep to Riviera Automotive. Agreed the deal with Riz and it was a very straightforward process. No stress just an honest discussion as to what they could pay and what I would accept. The next step was for John - ‘The Assessor’ to come and inspect the car and finalise all the details. The first impression of John is he’s a nice guy, very professional and knows what he is looking for. He was thorough and complimentary. My wife’s Jeep is immaculate and fair to John he realised this and although he went about his business he never tried to ‘invent’ any issues. It was a pleasure dealing with him. Riz then transferred the agreed amount to our bank account before John then drove off. It was a painless experience and certainly would do business with Riviera again. A nice touch was John sent a message in the evening so say the Jeep had been flawless on the drive back to Bradford. He’s a great ambassador for Riviera.

The team at Riviera were fantastic throughout the process of buying out Audi A8. Jon the salesperson was great and answered all our questions regarding the car and made the whole process go very smoothly and efficiently. Sold my car to Riz via CarWow. A very smooth service from start to finish. John cam down from Bradford to pick up the car at almost 6pm on a cold, December Saturday evening. He was a gentleman and was very fair about the marks his eagle eye spotted on my car. Thanks to all concerned and I would go as far as to say I hope to buy something to replace my car from them someday soon.

From Riviera winning the car on the Tuesday, Riz arranging for collection on the Friday, the process was simple. John the vehicle assessor came out on the Friday to appraise the car. We just sold our Grenadier through Motorway to Riviera Automotives. They made the process extremely easy. John was the assessor who travelled down to inspect and take the car. He was super professional, very knowledgeable, clear and thorough. He explained every step in the process and where there were a few marks / chips not on our original comms, he offered a very fair deduction The payment came through within minutes and the entire meeting, inspection and handover took less than an hour start to finish. Would recommend and will definitely use again if selling another car in the same way.

There were a few additional stone chips on the bonnet which I hadn’t noticed but John was very fair in negotiations on a final price for my car. Once agreed the payment was extremely fast with payment made to my account immediately and prior to John driving away. I Would definitely recommend John and Riviera to anyone looking to sell/buy a new car.
