V had planned our vacation to Mysore from Riya travels, Mangalore. Hotel arrangements were good. Itinerary prepared was good. The main problem was with the driver who was reckless n liar. Even after telling the driver to b slow, he was least bother. And on top of that he was arguing that there is a steering problem. On Coorg ghat he was controlling the vehicles only with brake n putting it in neutral, which is very dangerous.
We almost got killed in Mysore because of his negligence driving. The worst part was that he fell asleep on the steering. V were about to crash the vehicle but at the last minute my husband woke him up n he braked.
After that v informed the Riya travels, Mangalore about it. But inspite of changing the driver, they continued with him.
I vl not only blame the driver but also Riya travels who hired the agency. It is their duty n responsibility to safeguard the interest of the passenger.
V always planned our vacation from Riya travels, Manipal. They r more efficient and responsible. This time the tour incharge of Manipal was on leave, so they transferred the responsibility to Mangalore branch.
V were not knowing that Mangalore branch people r so lethargic.

Wonderful experience with Mr. Arora. He has been very helpful throughout my whole journey.

Would like to say our many thanks again to Aman Arora for providing assistance to my elderly mother who is currently in India and needed a change in flights. Your kindness and care is very much appreciated, you go that extra mile for others which is truly highly commendable.

Excellent service , We worked with Laboni Momin and she really helped us to book the tickets for our India trip.

Recently, I planned a Goa trip with my family of 22 members. since, I had to book Air Tickets for 22 members's To's and Fro's that adds up to the total of 44 Tickets. I sought the professional help from
"Riya Travels" and they gave these once in a life time experience. They are as follows:
1. Took them so long to even ask for the details about the travelers.
2. After few hours they forget to ask additional details of the travelers.
3. They booked the To's and Fro's separately fine but still they could not book all the 22 To's at once.
"My mind: What kind of professional advantage they even have then?"
4. The employees were not attentive in my task which costed me higher Air fare costs because they failed to book my tickets spontaneously.
5. They forgot to ask my G.S.T number and finalized my bill.
6. I entered their local office by 5:30 PM and left by 9:00 PM shows their speedy work.

Recently I had booked return tickets for Mumbai for myself and my elderly mother through Aaina Chawan at Winning office. She provided excellent service and made sure that wheelchair is provided at all Airports for my mother. Also she took proper care about booking connecting flights so that we have sufficient time at respective airports.
