Hi Ruth, thanks for your review, the reason your delivery appeared slow, is that you ordered a pre-delivery item, estimated delivery was the first week of July and your sandals were dispatched on the 4th July on a next day service. Its possible that you didn't notice, they were out of stock when you ordered. Anyway at least you were happy with your Kendall sandals when they arrived, glad you liked them.

Super comfy, stylish sandals....
I happened to see an advert on social media for ROCKFISH and ordered a pair of metallic silver kendall sandals. They were reasonably priced anyway, but had 20% off, they arrived the next day (postage was reasonable to). They are true to size and super comfy, as well as stylish. I think I'll order another pair in a different colour!

Excellent quality
My sandals arrived very quickly. I am so pleased with the Nixie thong sandal, they are really comfortable and mould to my feet. True to size. I am so pleased I might order another pair in a different colour.

Rockfish Walkabout wellies so comfortable. First pair leaked within 2 months of purchase. Rockfish have offered to send replacement pair. Looking forward to comfortable dry feet again.

Walkabout boots NOT as advertised. Leaking after about 30 days wear. NOT DURABLE.
Contacted CS and was told I would get a replacement only to be emailed day after saying no replacement and to go to local coblers to get mended.

Nadine, I think you know that the above is very misleading. You may have only worn the boots 30 times, but you owned them for much longer than that and outside the 12 month guarantee period. Customer Services were misled, into thinking that you had owned them for 30 days, hence the offer of a replacement pair, however on looking at your order, we found this not to be the case.
