Took too long to get ordered items
Took forever to receive order. Delivery time is abysmal. Ordered birthday day records for my wife. Order was placed on 3/24/23 not shipped till 4/2/23. Order was received on 4/4/23. Rockmerch would you like to clarify your request for me to edit this post. Yes I miss stated that it was four weeks instead of 10 days. My apologies I have corrected the time frame per your request.

Communication about how long it takes to receive the product would be helpful and a more satisfying experience. It took many weeks to arrive without being able to track the parcel and two requests for delivery info.

I finally received my patches and they look fine. The Pantera patch looks great. It took almost 2 weeks to receive my order but besides that I'm happy with the products. If the shipping was faster I would order more but there's other places I can get patches faster. Thank you for getting them to me.
