Store credit only for their mistake
Sent an incorrect item - ordered color variant of a vinyl LP, got black vinyl. Would only give store credit in return, not a refund, even though product was unopened and it was their error and they didn't actually have the color variant they listed. Claimed "returns for refund are not permitted due to the licensing restrictions imposed by the record label(s), artist(s)/band(s), and/or copyright holder(s)" - really? For a sealed item I didn't order? Not like I opened it and ripped the audio or something. Didn't want to order some random album in exchange, especially considering the prices weren't great.
Regarding response: "Will change our policy going forward"? So you still won't take my return for an incorrect item for a refund?

Lots of variety- beware of sizing! Runs small in general
Love the styles and just the volume of shirts available on rockmerch! My only complaint is that I wish the sizing was more predictable. I honestly don’t know what I’m going to get. I have purchased 3 different shirts all in a size large. One was like a child’s large maybe! It would have fit my wife and she wears a small. The next was better but still not what I would consider large. The last shirt I got fits great and am happy with that one! Sounds like Goldilocks but that’s how my experience was
