I ordered two shirts and when the packages arrived there was only one of the two. I contacted you guys 15 times explaining what happened and I have not yet to get a reply.

Just that the company told me they use one shipping provider but ended up using another one so I didn’t receive the final purchase sale in time for my event

they said we sended email.
but there is no email in my spam or junk boxes the only mails came are for promotions.
and its still Unfulfilled since 17 april!
please tell me from there when will my order shipped?

My shirts were shipped very fast and they arrived right on time I highly recommend!

I requested a refund and was told, “No!”

This order went weeks before shipping and repeated emails to the company went unanswered until I threatened to cancel the order.
Once I did get a reply, I was told that the shirt I ordered was a "special order" and was identified as such in the listing. I checked and it was... way down in small print.
Yet, magically, a day after I got the response, the order shipped and I received it shortly after. Once received, the product was as advertised and I am satisfied, though I may not use this website again due to long delays and slow responses.

Received my custom Led Zeppelin T-Shirts in proper size, type, as ordered in a timely manner.

I made a purchase almost 2 weeks ago which my credit card has been charged and the order still has not shipped. I no longer need or want the merchandise and I’ve sent emails to cancel but have received no response. Communication is poor with email the only way to contact.

I emailed over and over asking to change my order to a different size ,never received anything back but “order was shipped” after about 4 weeks .. extremely dissatisfied will never order anything again

Great communication and products

Repeat customer, but I’ve sent at least 2 e-mails to customer service regarding reward points and haven’t received a response. I’ve received my merchandise in fine condition, but if I ever have a problem with it, I’d be worried about ever getting a response. Their CS seems nonexistent. I think there’s just bots packaging stuff in a distribution facility at this point.

Quick shipment, adequately packaged, and items were just as described.

Three of the shirts seem to have run smaller than the fourth, would go up a size next time but overall good.

Good quality product. Customer service is very quick to respond back if you have any questions. I'll definitely be ordering more shirts from them.

I received the shirt which was high quality but it took over 6+ weeks for them to ship the item which is Ludacris. After a week and a half of it not shipping, I reached out to see what was going on, and they did not get back to me for another week. I legitimately thought I had been scammed. Then they told me it was a custom order shirt and would take 6+ weeks to ship. A t-shirt that is sold on the bands website shouldn't be a custom made order. If I had known it was going to take that long I would have paid the extra 10 bucks for the shirt from the bands official site instead and got it in a timely manner. The only reason this has two stars and not 1 is I did actually receive the item which honestly surprised me.

MEGA late delivery, I sent an email to complain about it and possibly return the item, never got a reply.

I emailed and called twice to ask that my order be changed and the wrong item was still sent anyway. Super disappointed!

I was under the impression that the shirts would arrive within a few days. When they didn’t, I tried contacting them to at first find out when I could expect the shirts. Nobody got back to me. Then since the shirts were gifts, I got them elsewhere so I no longer wanted them. They did not allow returns.

Very bad service, took a long time to ship and shipping was expensive I ordered something a week before Christmas and it didn’t come till late January
